The space The house is in Kettle Valley area with amazing lake view, 10 km from Downtown. You can reach the nearest supermarket, bar and restaurant in 3 minutes. For kids the Quilchena splash park ( water park ) is located approx. 3 minutes walking distance from the house. The Bertram beach is located approx. 5 minutes with car from the house. You can see the lake from most of the rooms in the house.
