DoubleTree by Hilton Antalya-Kemer All-Inclusive Resort

⸻ I had an amazing stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton Kemer. From the outstanding service to the delicious dining options, everything was of the highest quality. The staff was incredibly friendly, always smiling and responsive, and the cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend it.

Went last year and loved it so much we have been back this year. The hotel is amazing but the thing that makes this hotel is the staff. All very good at their jobs and make you feel very welcome. Very special mention for Agit on the pier, he works so hard for everyone and helped me with my disabled husband so much, it was very much appreciated. I did mention to Alp that if there is an employee reward/bonus he should definitely be at the top, for me anyway. The sea is fabulous, the pool is good but need to be up handy for a bed, we prefer the sea so we were all good. Lots of activities such as Zumba, yoga, evening entertainment is ok but difficult to cater for all cultures. For me the food at breakfast and the food trucks at lunch were fantastic, food in the evening was good but again catering for all cultures means you may not get something you would have chosen but it was all fresh and tasty. We didn’t go to the spa this year but did last year and it is worth a visit. Nice having different places to have a beer in the evening so you could have a little pub crawl. Georges pub is good - depending on who’s behind the bar , I wont name the sulky flouncy one but he does make a difference and should probably think of a career move. The Ibiza bsr is good and the public bar is where you see everyone you have met in the daytime. Cocktails were a bit hit and miss but a gorgeous G and T. Give it a go you won’t be disappointed.

From the moment we walked through the door with our cases to leaving for our flight home, the service we received was the best we have ever encountered. The variety of food on offer each day is amazing. If towels are left for too long on the sunbeds without being occupied just send a message on the WhatsApp group and the staff will come and remove them. The bungalows at the end of the pier are great but maybe a touch expensive (€300) per day.

Emilia, Sherin, and the team did an excellent job in making us feel very welcome, everything about the hotel was very good, except for the entertainment, this fell far short of our expectations. The Michael Jackson show was very good, but the rest of the week was quite mediocre. As for the lobby entertainment, that left a lot to be desired, two small children playing violin ( badly ) with lots of messing around on stage, we found this very unprofessional, and it looked like a group of musicians were put together at the last minute for a practice session. There was zero interaction with the audience, they simply packed up and walked away. I expected more from the Hilton group. We were not the only guests that thought this. Frankly, I have seen better buskers on the street.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for a week in August 2025. Let’s start with the good: - The food… I cannot find the words to describe how delicious the food is. Sublime, outstanding — nothing comes close to how incredibly good it was. Everything was delicious, and there’s not a single negative thing to say about it - The hotel and public areas are continuously cleaned, and the daily room cleaning was good - The hotel is generally well maintained, though there were a few areas where it was clear maintenance hadn’t been done for a while. This is below the standard one expects from a DoubleTree by Hilton - After check-out we were still allowed to use the hotel’s all-inclusive service, including food and drinks. This made our long wait for the transfer to the airport much better, and it was nice to see that the hotel has made Turkish hospitality part of its policy - The staff at the pool bar are polite and very friendly The bad: - It is not possible to sleep before midnight, as the hotel plays loud music at the beach area from around 21:30 until midnight. The rooms are not soundproof, and it is impossible to sleep through the music - Several times I observed staff members scolding other staff. I understand Turkish, so I know it wasn’t just loud talking. I witnessed front desk staff reprimanding other personnel, and once I observed a waiter scolding a cleaning lady in the hotels main restaurant - One day we hung a "Do Not Disturb" sign on our door. The hotel communicates with its guests via WhatsApp, and we were asked if we wanted cleaning the next day, and if so, at what time. We replied that we wanted cleaning the next day at 12:00, but this information was not passed on to the cleaning staff, so the next day they knocked on our door at 9:30 instead of 12:00 - The hotel sends reminders via WhatsApp that sunbeds cannot be reserved with towels. However, this has no effect, as the hotel does nothing to enforce it, and therefore sunbeds were often unavailable - The hotel has only one pool, and it is not very large, so it was often overcrowded Overall, it is a good hotel and the food was by far the highlight, but the negatives significantly impact the overall experience.

The hotel was great with good food excellent entertainment and friendly helpful staff throughout the facility. Raised a problem with the fridge in my room and they had it sorted within an hour. The quality and selection of foods is great and the food trucks are an excellent addition. I would very much recommend this hotel.
