Hampton Inn & Suites Cincinnati/Kenwood

No complaints. Staff was super friendly upon check in and throughout the stay. Definitely recommend if traveling in the area. Room was very clean and bed was comfortable. Good breakfast in the morning.

Good hotel to stay in

Staff was great! Friendly and courteous!

Booking and digital key via the app were seamlessly efficient. Pleasant reception associate kindly adjusted my initial room choice to a room which best suited my preferences; truly appreciated that. No view, however, busy highway lane running North via I-71 was super close and somehow pleasantly peaceful from inside my room. I appreciated being able to get a quiet night’s sleep and having easy access to the on-ramp for my drive home the next morning. There was a Starbucks with drive-thru about a block or so west of the hotel on Montgomery Rd. I was able to grab my usual order and return to my hotel room on the morning of check-out with no issues coming or going once I was packed and ready to leave. Checking out on the app was equally convenient to the digital check-in process, saved me valuable time. The property appeared to feature a popular breakfast option for guests to enjoy during their stay, however, I did not take up the offerings on this particular visit. My room was reasonably comfortable and I was able to adjust the room temperature to my preferred temperature throughout my stay. I wish the track for the blackout room curtains fully extended the entire length of the windows, but not a deal breaker. Also, as an allergy sufferer, I’d love to see more properties continue to renovate away from wall to wall carpets in favor of LVP and a simple area rug by the beds if required by a particular brand. This property presented an acceptable value given the location and amenities. It didn’t appear to be one of the nicer/ recently renovated properties as far as the actual quarters apart from the shower and vanity updates, however, for quick stays and basic needs, this property met my overall expectations for the ＜$150 I paid.

yes, but room that i booked was not available, so they put me in handicapped room which was similar and it was fine with me. hotel desk person was very good

Everything was very good except pool area Sunday morning was a mess. Coffee in the morning ran out of robust coffee a couple of times. Breakfast area clean and pool usually clean except Sunday morning.

Large clean room. Excellent breakfast that was included, you could tell the breakfast attendant took pride in her job as the area remained constantly clean and the food was very good

Overall great. Only reason didn't give Excellent was based on bathroom shared door with hall closet. Poorly designed.

Rooms were clean. Shower had so much air in the pipes it sounded like it was going to jump out of the wall. I felt sorry for the other guest on our floor. The breakfast bar was the worst I’ve have ever been to. Thank goodness there were other breakfast options close bye.
