Moon Gate Villa

Un posto delizioso dove ogni dettaglio è curato al massimo. I due proprietari Lionel e Rob hanno creato un posto prezioso, annidato nel verde e riparato da ogni interferenza esterna. Giardini curatissimi, locali arredati con estremo gusto e cura del dettaglio dal quale traspare l'amore e la voglia di fare di questo ambiente il meglio possibile. La colazione è ricca ma dove tutto appare eccezionale sono i locali comuni e le stanze dove il confort è al masimo grado e non si può desiderare di più. Forse l'albergo meglio attrezzato e curato che abbia mai visto, è come una casa privata. Quindi merita senz'altro un 10++. Non perdete l'occasione di visitarlo

An absolute paradise! We loved our stay at Moon Gate Villa from the moment we pulled off the road and headed up the driveway. The building is set back from the road and you get no noise disruption at all. We were welcomed warmly by both Lionel and Rob and their pets (3 dogs and a cat). The house is beautiful with a stunning entrance and hallway (which doesn't do it justice as there is a stream, plants and fish!). There is a lovely lounge area to sit in, and we stayed in The Writer's Retreat which was palatial. There was a giant and super comfy bed, a lounge area, a table and chairs (inside and out), a huge bathroom with giant bath and a separate large shower, and a small kitchen type area (fridge, tea and coffee making facilities, etc). Included was a brilliant breakfast including all the continental bits and pieces and made to order hot breakfast, all served in their kitchen area (which is opened in the morning for you to sit round a large table). We were given excellent service from the minute we booked. They arranged dinner reservations for us and at each restaurant we were given the best tables and received some lovely comments about how the restaurant owners loved Lionel and Rob. They also have amazing itineraries all laid out on A4 sheets of paper if you need advice on activities and road trips. Nothing was too much and we really felt at home. I can't say enough nice things about this place so go and see for yourself. 100/100 and some....

We hadden een geweldig verblijf in Moon Gate Villa. Rustig gelegen met eigen zwembad en toch dichtbij diverse winkels en restaurants. Ruime en mooie kamer, met zeer goed bed en eigen terrasje. Voorzien van alle gemakken als zwembad- en strandlakens met tas. Maar Rob en Lionel maakten het verblijf fantastisch met tips voor uitstapjes in de omgeving en een fantastisch ontbijt. De heerlijke chocolade op onze kamer was iedere avond een luxe verwennerij!

Just had the most amazing stay with Lionel and Rob. From the fabulous welcome to the final goodbye everything was exceptional. From Robs suggestions of places to visit and where best to park, to Lionel’s amazing breakfast each morning, we couldn’t have asked for more. A definite thumbs up from us 👍

Very well kept place with the nicest hosts. The rooms have a lot of space, including a privat place in the beautiful Garden. Breakfast was always great, with lots of fresh fruits and perfect eggs. Flowers and sweets on the bed in the evening! We appreciate the ideas Rob and Lionel gave us for excursions and restaurants very much.
