Was nice, could use a fridge in the room

Lovely hotel, convenient for football. We chose this hotel as we were on a football trip and we're visiting Roda for a game. We arrived a few hours before kick off and we're able to park with no issues. Check in was quick and staff were friendly. The room was comfortable and clean. The bar staff were attentive and friendly and drinks were reasonably priced. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

The rooms need a little bit of renovating, the bathroom is super small with bad temperature control in the shower.

Room was absolutely freezing. When we called about the heating we were told that it is warm enough. Bathroom had no heating whatsoever, felt like a freezer. So wouldn't recommend coming in winter time. Breakfast was okay.

Limited dinning, kitchen closes at 9pm, sauna for a fee and mold in the bathroom shower. Also, black carpet in the rooms dis not give out a clean floor feeling.

Check-in was easy and the staff were moderately friendly. The hotel has a very slow lift. The room was very basic, cold, and not at all a 4-star room. It was very dimly lit, even with all five lights on. The bed was on the firm side (which was ok) and had non-feather pillows--good for allergy sufferers. Good that there was a nightstand on each side of the bed, as well as power outlets on both sides--perfect for two people to charge devices at bedside. There was an electric tea kettle but, unfortunately, no mini fridge. The shower cabinet was an ok size, the water pressure was ok, and the hot water stayed hot. Unfortunately, the shower was quite moldy--housekeeping (or maintenance) needs to give that a good scrape & scrub. The towels were thin. The wall-mounted magnifying mirror was a nice touch, but it would not stay in place, rendering it useless. The hair dryer would only work for about 15 seconds on the high setting before shutting down for about 10 minutes. Loud construction repair noise inside the hotel was not fun to be awakened by at 8am; such disruptive sounds should be scheduled for after checkout time or afternoon when it's less likely that people would still be sleeping. The WiFi was strong but was not password protected (boo!). There was ample parking in the large open-air lot surrounding the hotel complex. There is a supermarket nearby but not very good restaurant choices. The hotel's bar restaurant was not open for very long each day, was pricey, and the food was just ok; the poor bartender was the only person working there and she had to double as waitress & bartender. The woman was very much overworked. I would prefer to look elsewhere the next time I'm in the area.

Great location with nice big rooms

Awesome Good location, easy to park and spacious room

Very friendly and helpfull staff! Bar was closed during Pinkpop which is a shame because you want to enjoy a drink after a festivalday of work/visiting. Not every room is as clean as the other with some stains in the carpet for example. My biggest complaint is that there are plenty of rooms where it is unable to open windows and there is no airconditioning so some rooms are extremly hot and stuffy. Don't go to this hotel if you have anything like asthma for example.

Arrived at nighttime. Enjoyed dinner, although some items were out of stock. Breakfast was excellent each day and typically in stock. Did not require room service during our stay. The facilities were sufficient. Overall, a good experience. The staff spoke English and were generally helpful.
