Paleo ArtNouveau Hotel - Adults Only

Hotel dans un lieu exceptionnel très propre avec un personnel vraiment gentil et au service du client. La.litterie est pas confortable et les chambres triples une succession de lit simple aligné les un contre les autres ou le 3 ème convives ne peut pas accéder au lit. Animation très bien des jeunes plein de joie !

7 nights here, definitely furthest from a 4 star. Entertainment team good getting involved with the guests. Very run down probably due to age of hotel, hopefully gets a renovation soon. Glad we only went b+b not impressive. We did lunch one day at the cost of 12.50€ each which was okay had a couple glasses of wine okay ish.. we didn't pay on the day ( 2 days later we actually were chases up the stairs when we were going back to our room, we said yes we will pay when we come back down as if they thought we were not going to pay, 10 mins later same person chapped at our door again asking for the money... lunch wasn't even that great. Views from front door however fantastic. They did allow us to keep on the room yesterday which was good til 6pm for 40€ so glad we were able to keep room as there was no rest bite from thr 33° heat. We ended up having dinner at hotel due to departure time at 20€ pp basic again some stuff tasted ok others not so much and I would like to point out I am not a fussy person. Positives air con in rooms great, some nice staff. The outside toilets for use when at the pool were appalling and poolside unkept Negatives defo all the steps, expensive drinks ( 4€ for a fantastic, 9.50€ for cocktails up to 12€. Value for money not great in our eyes.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux moment dans cet hôtel. Nous tenons à féliciter le personnel pour sa gentillesse, sa bienveillance et son efficacité. Mentions spéciales aux animateurs : Margherita, Mattia et Zoe. Margherita : à l’écoute, adorable et attachante. Mattia : très drôle et toujours au second degré. Zoe : super sympa et toujours de bonne humeur. Nous tenons également à souligner la gentillesse et le sérieux de Maria qui se reconnaîtra dans le personnel du restaurant et du bar. Et enfin les deux serveurs, du bar de la piscine du haut, étaient de même très gentils et très agréables. Nous recommandons cet hôtel !
