Mareblue Beach

The location is more than an hour drive from the airport unless you have a chauffeur or coach service booked. The room were nice and comfy but we were attacked by ants in our room which I guess is a common problem in the island. On our check out day, there was a national electricity breakdown at 8 am and the hotel staff wouldn't help by extending our checkout time by an hour. The electricity was restored at 12 pm but we were forced to empty the room at 11 am sharp. Overall, good activities at the resort and just across is a nice beach but you have to exit the resort to get to the sandy beach.

Very clean and efficiently operated. Staff are good. Nice location with views of the sea and mountains. (although a bit far from the airport and Corfu Town both 1 hour away). Beds are comfortable, wifi connection and speed is not great.

I had a full body massage done by Enisa (sorry for any incorrect spelling) , very calming and relaxing. I would definitely recommend if you’re looking to have some solo quiet time. She did a great job! Thank you so much!

Really enjoyed our 7 day stay at Mareblue As a family of 10 we were pleased we managed to sit together for evening meals, and if we got there early enough for the entertainment. Clean rooms, modern, excellent air con, food delicious and spotless restaurant. Drinks were a bit of a let down - €7 for a pina colada which was awful - (should also be on the all inclusive) The local beer was fine and the wine was nice. Staff at reception, bar & restaurant very friendly. Some of the younger animation team seemed bored and hardly any effort made with the kids. They also made us feel uneasy, they told my husband they get lots of “poom poom!” The older chap was more enthusiastic. Could have done with some more music around the kids pool. A couple of the entertainment nights were boring, so we went to couple of local bars, where the sunset was beautiful and the coast of Albania is stunning. Lovely beaches! Shelving slowly out perfect for kids. It was quiet around the hotel and seems quite new - kids enjoyed mini golf. However the Greek night was fun -smashing plates and seeing the traditional Greek dance! Acrobats were also brilliant very interactive. We paid for 2 shuttle bus tours to Kassiopi and Paleo excellent value and good days out. Book them as soon as you get there though as a couple we tried to book sold out. All in all we had a fantastic holiday thank you so much :)

This was the 4th time I had stayed at Mar Blue. The location on the coast is great, the food and choice of food is excellent. There are 2 pool one being over 18's only. Entertainment is very good both at the lower pool end and in the upper area, both covered. The rooms are clean and tidy and serviced 6 days a week. The only negative was the sun loungers around the pool, all "towelled" by 08:00. In one case 2 couples had "towelled" 8 loungers, 4 in the full sun and 4 in a shaded area, my wife and I witnessed this. Stopping "towelling" is difficult but something needs to be done. Loungers lie empty for hours.

Very nice hotel with comfort territory, tasty food (especially Italian pizza in pool bar), helpful employees and barmen's. Big swimming pool, calm pool only for adults, nearby 2 sandy beaches with clean sea. Rooms are cleaned every day, interesting evening entertainments. Hotel organize transfer bus to Corfu old city and other places for good price. We had beautiful rest and will return in Mareblue beach hotel.
