臟亂差、第一次住這麼差的酒店。100多塊錢。竟然這個樣。無語了😓。進房間連主燈都沒有、房間漆黑、是怕顧客看見臟亂嗎。床單簡直呆住了、難道不換洗嗎、毛巾更是發黑發黃。又不隔音。隔壁房間正常聊天都能聽見。一晚上都沒睡好。避雷、

帶着孩子住的，半夜一點多有人敲門敲了一二十下，嚇醒了，門沒有反鎖開關壞的；萬一進來個**怎麼辦？凌晨2點多走廊裏麪男男女女大聲説話，睡不着也不敢睡，窗户是全封閉的不能通風

就這酒店我不知道是克旗所以酒店都是這樣嗎，訂完了房間，中間有事去不了，不給取消，客服多次打電話就是不給取消，平台也解決不了，怎麼打電話就是他們酒店就這規矩，平台消失取消扣部分錢，可以我都接受，但是打酒店電話就是不管什麼原因就是不退房，訂房間的就看好了行程安排好了要不克旗的酒店太**訂了就別想退
