"In order to see Ding Junxu's game in Thailand, I found it nearby temporarily because it was near the university. So this kind of apartment is more affordable and there are many. Health is no problem, environment and safety are no problem. No breakfast or the like. Personally feel that the temporary overnight price/performance ratio is still OK"

There is a restaurant nearby selling lemon steamed fish, very delicious, the price is very affordable, the boss and waiter are very friendly. Will stay here next time. GGuest UserThe entrance is unlocked with a QR code and the room is accessed with a PIN code. The facilities are good for the price, but the bed is hard, the shower is weak, and the tiles in the shower room are slippery so care must be taken. There is a coin laundry, cafe, and bento shop on the premises, but there is no convenience store nearby. To go shopping, you must call a taxi or order delivery. It is a quiet environment, and I think it is very good for people coming by car.

Room is quite old so it seems not clean enough, there are some marks in bathroom and cabins. Also I have 2 carry on luggages at that time and parking is not near where we stay which is not convenient.

LLalita ZhanQuite impressed because almost everything is provided, including towels, hair towels, glasses, toothbrushes (not very good quality but better than nothing), shower caps, cotton swabs, hair dryer, iron, ironing board, clothes hangers.
The bed is soft and comfortable to sleep in. The air conditioner is noisy when it is turned on. The room walls are quite thin. The bathroom scale is small. There is no dry and wet zone separation.
The parking is limited. You have to park in a double row. The floor is gravel, so you have to put stones in neutral and block it. On the day I stayed there in the early morning, someone was yelling loudly, honking, and shouting that the car was blocking the way. It was so scary.
The staff took good care of me. When I asked for more tissue paper, they immediately brought it.
One thing I would like to criticize is that the security is quite poor. When you check in, you just have to state your name, no need to guarantee anything, and the staff will give you the key card. The condition of the condo is a bit rotten. It would be great if it is renovated to look more official and professional.

The room door in room 105 is made badly sometimes cannot open the door because it’s stuck.
Noisy room bad sound proof . they gave me 1/F room 105 next to the lobby reception can hear People every time they at counter check in and check out.

BbenzzaThere is a 7-Eleven nearby and it's not difficult to find food, but it will be difficult for people without cars. Very good for people who don't carry cash because they don't have to pay a deposit. The accommodations and beds are good but the TV doesn't turn on + there is no refrigerator. The caretakers are cute, like uncles and aunts who speak very nicely. There's a cat in the dormitory as well. It's a free gift that lies still with its belly pressed.
