是華人老闆自己的房子，乾淨衞生，入住的時候老闆把島上的入住規則講的很細，每天都在打掃我們的房間，洗澡熱水很充足，暖氣也足，早餐很豐盛。哦哦，忘記説離薩滿巖很近哦。

酒店位置很好，離薩滿巖很近，方便看日出和日落。美中不足的是，酒店規矩比較多，其他點評的客人也有提到。另外要早點回來洗澡，不然熱水就用完了，沒熱水洗澡。晚上房間温度比較低，晚上穿着毛衣睡的。問了其他遊客，其他酒店暖氣都挺足的。

老闆和老闆娘人很好，民宿環境和房間都非常乾淨整潔，民宿的位置也很好去哪裡都很方便，早餐也不錯，非常滿意！

民宿離湖邊超近，走路去薩滿巖也就10分鐘左右。民宿主人超級nice，每天早餐不重樣，基本設施都齊全，房間乾淨衞生，下次來還住這裏！

其實環境設施挺好的，老闆夫婦人也挺好的，就是規矩多到不能理解。房間內不能洗衣服，不能穿鞋，説怕沙子帶進房間裏。問了其他民宿，都沒有這規矩。而且我們不穿鞋，能不能每天更換一下一次性拖鞋，兩天都穿同一雙拖鞋。還有衞生紙每天衹給一卷不夠用。房間也沒有燒水壺，但是樓梯間可以接熱水。早飯是自己做的套餐，精緻但是吃不飽，每天不到中午就餓了。來入住的基本都是年紀比較大的國人，房間隔音不是很好。

酒店乾淨漂亮，老闆是一對華人夫婦，特別nice，給了我們很大的幫助，早餐還能喝到家鄉的白米粥。最後退房的時候忘了把傘，老闆娘還追了我們的車好幾里路把傘送到我手上，特別感動！

該民宿酒店位於薩滿石景點附近，步行10分鐘即達。民宿整體環境整潔，院內可停車，房間衞生很好，設施配備方便使用，早餐雖非自助但也不錯（雞蛋，粥類，麪包，烤腸，咖啡或茶），酒店老闆夫婦（俄籍華人）為人真誠，服務理念尚佳，能為客人着想，主動為客人介紹前往景點注意事項。在此住了三天，入住體驗很好，當為推薦！

房間非常乾淨，因此對住客的入住要求也比較高，房主都是中國人溝通比較方便，來貝加爾湖可以當天找民宿預訂行程，會比tb便宜點
