7.5/10 Location: Outside of “central” Athens but easily connected by metro & buses. Kifisia is gorgeous, safe, filled with high end boutiques, restaurants + cafes. Room/Ambience: Hotel itself is stunning + very relaxing vibe. Decor details incredible as expected of a boutique hotel of this nature.  Food: Very good selection of hot + cold, plus actual barista coffee. Do not expect American style breakfast - this is Europe after all. We did not eat lunch or dinner but the menus looked great and was filled with locals in the evening. Service: Although reception staff were sufficiently friendly, service very lacking for a high end boutique hotel. It was 26 degrees celsius every day while in Athens. Not prior to our stay, nor during check-in did anyone advise us that the pool was closed likely until end of May. This is not advertised on any booking platform, or on the hotel website, which was very disappointing. We sat in the pool lounge chairs for over two hours (staff saw us as the restaurant is immediately adjacent). Nobody offered us pool towels to lie on, or if we wanted to order any drinks or food. My partner had to get dressed, go to reception and ask. They didn’t even offer to clean the pool given the hot weather made it ready for use. It really put a downer on our stay, and why we opted not to have dinner at the hotel restaurant. Similar experience at breakfast; nobody offered us coffee orders, we heard someone else order and realised it was available.

From the moment I arrived, the hotel impressed me with its inviting atmosphere and exceptional service. The highlight of my experience was the receptionist, Dione, whose professionalism, kindness, and warm hospitality truly stood out. She made the check-in process seamless and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort throughout my stay. The hotel itself is a gem—beautifully maintained with cozy, well-designed, and impeccably clean rooms. Every detail was thoughtfully considered to create a relaxing and welcoming environment. The Twenty Hotel is a perfect combination of comfort, quality, and outstanding hospitality. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Athens and look forward to returning in the future!
