"It was amazing coming back to the same hotel after a while and I'm happy to say that the service is still amazing. The rooms are better and more comfortable. The rooftop gym is a beautiful addition especially for the fitness lovers. Definitely the views are much better. Grateful to Dezire the marketing gentle man. He is a go to person and always willing to help."

"We booked this room just for an evening, so that we could have a few hours rest before our 1:30 AM flight. They provide complimentary shuttle service to the airport, which helped us decide on this hotel. It doesn't feel like a conventional hotel - but served the purpose for us. Staff was fine. The room, though on the small side, was tastefully decorated and had everything we needed. Some parts of the wall had wallpaper/ paint peeling off. The bathroom was small and the shower temperature was very challenging to manage. They provided robes, slippers, blow dryer, iron, clothes steamer - all that in a small space. Bed was very comfortable. There was a coffee pot also. They have a cafe on one of their floors and a Chinese restaurant, where we ate dinner, which was reasonably good. Their outdoor seating had lovely view of the city. We also shopped for a few snack items at the supermarket next door. I wouldn't stay here if I was on a holiday, as it felt very impersonal, but it's perfect for a short stay."

"Kigali is a vibrant city in Africa - the major difference to many similarly big places on the continent is that things run smoothly and that there are excellent hotels. You may find international chains near the Convention Center, but if you like it at a good standard with an African flavor and very competitive pricing, chose Lemigo. The hotel is some 10' walking distance from the Convention Center - walking is safe even at night!. Large rooms, well functioning amenities, A/C, gym etc. The restaurant serves excellent African and also Indian food, so no need to search in case you come home tired from a long day."

"This is my third time in Kigali, and I stumbled upon the newly opened Amani Hotel. I decided to give it a try, and the stay was absolutely fantastic! The memory foam pillow, especially, allowed even a picky sleeper like me to get a peaceful night's rest. The duvet was super comfortable too, and the breakfast was excellent. All in all, I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in town. Five-star recommendation! [Strong][Strong]"

"السلبيات • على الرغم من أنني حجزت غرفة مزدوجة، إلا أنهم أخبروني بعدم توفر أي منها. كانت الغرفة الأولى التي عرضوها عليّ في الطابق الثاني صاخبة للغاية بسبب الموسيقى الصاخبة والاهتزازات الصادرة من المطعم وقاعة الفعاليات. أما الغرفة التالية التي عرضوها عليّ فكانت تطل على الشارع، لكن جدرانها لم تكن عازلة للصوت، وكان الضجيج الخارجي مزعجًا للغاية. • عندما حاولت التحدث مع المدير، لم يكن هناك مدير متاح أيام الأحد. في حال غياب المدير، يجب أن يكون هناك من ينوب عنه. • كان المطعم مليئًا بالذباب. كان هناك بيض مسلوق نصف سلقة وبيض مسلوق جيدًا، ولكن حتى البيض "المسلوق جيدًا" كان نصف مطبوخ من الداخل. عندما طلبت بيضة مسلوقة جيدًا، نظر إليّ أحد العاملين في المطبخ نظرة غير مستحبة، وحتى بعد طلبي، بقيت البيضة غير مطبوخة جيدًا (انظر الصورة). كان العاملون الذكور في المطبخ غير ودودين، وكان من المستحيل طلب أي أطباق بيض براحة. • تنطفئ أضواء الممر تلقائيًا، مما يجعل المكان مظلمًا ومخيفًا. الإيجابيات • سرير مريح، مشروب ترحيبي"

"My flight to Kigali arrived at 8:00 a.m., so I decided to head to the hotel to drop off my bags. When I approached the counter, receptionist Jules Kyle greeted me with great kindness and professionalism, offering me access to my room before the usual check-in time. I also informed him that the airline had lost my luggage, and he courteously assisted me in communicating with the airline. Around noon, I returned to the counter to inquire about updates, as I hadn't heard anything. Jules contacted the airline again, and fortunately, they were able to locate my bag. He even offered to take me to the airport in the hotel van to pick it up. During my excursion, I had to leave my room in the morning, so I left my luggage in safekeeping. When I returned in the afternoon and found my clothes dirty, I asked if it was possible to reserve a room so I could shower and rest; I was granted one at no additional cost. Ultimately, the hotel provided me with transportation to the airport free of charge. I want to highlight the warmth and professionalism of both Jules Kyle and the hotel manager, who made my stay especially pleasant. As for the facilities, the room was spacious, clean, and had a pleasant view of the new stadium. Breakfast was included and offered a remarkable variety. Overall, I consider the value to be excellent."

"Our stay at the AMANI Hotel in Kigali, Rwanda was absolutely fantastic! First of all, we loved the hotel's design: modern, cozy, simple yet elegant, and perfectly integrated with the local atmosphere. All the amenities were complete, every corner of the hotel was spotless, and the rooms were cleaned daily. The breakfast was excellent, a blend of continental and Chinese styles, very healthy and nutritious. Best of all were the people at the hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive. The housekeeping staff were also superb, providing everything we needed. A huge thank you to all the staff at the AMANI Hotel! We loved the hotel's location. Downtown Kigali is very touristy and noisy, and we wanted a more authentic, quieter place to stay, which was perfect—convenient and safe. Everything was perfect. I highly recommend this hotel!"
