Kildare House Hotel

Part of a large extended family gathering in this Kildare town hotel the first impression was the magnificent floral baskets greeting us and then the friendly and helpful staff who attended to every request with eagerness and joy. Great food and service there is a teamwork self evident that can cater for a large group of people and their needs smoothly and efficiently. Spending a few hours on the longest day of the year in a lovely dining space and being looked after by staff who only care about the smile on your face as you enjoy their restaurant experience is simply the best.

Midweek break away for a few days

An amazing stay. Couldn’t be happier with the hotel and staff.

My daughter and I stayed in the hotels budget rooms for one night while on a shopping trip to Kildare Village. Both rooms were spacious, the beds extremely comfortable and the complimentary tea tray was excellent and included a nespresso machine, good decent size mugs and branded shortcake among other treats. We had both dinner and breakfast in the onsite Gallops restaurant and both were superb. We were very impressed at the choice and presentation for breakfast especially as included in our very reasonable room rate. We had a lovely stay and it was so nice to enjoy a family run hotel with great staff rather than a faceless corporate type offering. We will certainly be back when our bank balance recovers from its trip to Kildare Village.

A clean hotel so close to city centre, easy parking. Would just like to see mats in showers.
