C’est le check-in / check out le plus rapide du monde ! Merci ! Petit déjeuner bon avec tout ce qu’il faut et même des gaufres à faire soi même. Cependant pas grand chose pour les personnes sans gluten et ils ne répondent pas aux demandes envoyées par message avant. Le personnel est efficace. C’est un bon hôtel pour faire une pause si on est pas trop dérangé par le bruit de la route très présent.

This hotel is slightly above average, but it is in dire need of a face-lift and a few upgrades. The AC in the conference room was not working that well, and the hotel is generally understaffed. The bathrooms need to be refitted and upgraded with bodywash, shampoo, and conditioner dispensers.

Most horrible experience ever! First night, power outage. So, no air conditioning, no house keeping or clean towels. No hot breakfast meats. Second night, bathroom sewage came up out the basin, including black sludge and flooded all personal items on vanity counter tops, bathroom floor and room carpet. I unknowingly got out of bed onto wet, disgusting carpet. Which means, I could not shower or groom. Custom service was not helpful and seemingly unconcerned. In frustration and disgust, I checked out early and cut my family reunion trip short and drove from Kilgore Texas back to Orange Park Florida. In addition to a complete refund, I'd like compensation for destroyed hygiene and personal items.
