We stayed last night for the Prosecco pamper deal. It cost €149 per person and it was a great deal we got our treatment which was delightful and a two course meal which was delicious and slippers and chocolates in our room when we arrived. All the staff were amazing and so helpful especially the manager micheál who went above and beyond and was so friendly and welcoming. The room was lovely and spacious and spotless. We would 100% come back as it was a brilliant experience.

I took my friend to Killarney court hotel to celebrate her birthday I booked the Prosecco Pamper break, we got a massage and it was very nice and then we went for our 2 course meal in the restaurant that was included in the package, we were handed a menu with starters on one side and main courses on the other, when we were ordering our meal the server told us that we could not have starter and dinner it was only dinner and desert included in the package the starter was not included which I was very mad about as I had paid a lot of money to treat my friend for her birthday and this was not stated when I booked or when we were checked in, we ordered starters as we were hungry and I said I would pay, I asked for the bill when we were finished and I payed and we called a taxi from the reception when the manager approached me stating I didn’t pay for the starters, I said I asked for the bill and paid the girl I didn’t even look at the bill as we also had drinks I had to then return to the restaurant to pay for the 2 starters, the manager stated that they were updating their website and menu to notify guest to the changes on their 2 course meal which is included in the package I stated that this was very disappointing and it was false advertising as it was not stated when I booked this package or in check in this was very disappointing that you spend a lot of money to have a night away and they can not simply notify guests that the 2 course mean only includes main and dessert, I have stayed here multiple times but unfortunately I would not return or recommend as the manager wasn’t very helpful when they were clearly wrong.

Nous avons passé 2 nuits dans cet hôtel. Le personnel est d'une grande gentillesse : nous avons été très bien accueilli ! La chambre est spacieuse, moderne avec une excellente literie. Produits de toilette disponibles, thé et café à disposition. Un seul bemol cependant : nous avons du payer le petit déjeuner pour notre enfant de 2 ans et demi (8 euros) alors qu'elle ne boit que du lait. Ca fait cher le biberon de 250 mL. Dans tous les hôtels qu'on a fait en Irlande, aucun ne nous a fait payer.

We had a fantastic stay in Killarney in July for my birthday weekend. The staff at reception were lovely and very welcoming. They went the extra mile and wished me happy birthday & left a card & gift in the room which was such a lovely touch! We stayed in The Superior Double room with was huge & very comfortable and quiet at night. The shower was lovely & it was nice to have a separate walk-in shower from the bath in a hotel. The breakfast had great choices and was lovely and fresh. We will be back! Thanks again for a lovely weekend!

After booking a 3night special deal away including wine slippers chocolates 2 dinners and 3 breakfasts was an amazing deal great value! My only complaint was the bar staff didn’t know what they were doing and petrified of making a mistake and were afraid of the manager who couldn’t care less about customers or service. We sat down for our evening meal offer weren’t offered the full menu even though reception said bar and restaurant menu was all included in offer, I had the steak €10 supp which I was happy to pay waited for our plates to be cleared gave up went to the bar then hounded to pay my €10 incase I had forgotten!! No late bar opening offered a plastic glass of ice no ice buckets even though in my welcome pack go down to the bar get glasses and an ice bucket if you wish no problem!! Was too much trouble and again had to be authorised by the manager !! Never stayed in a hotel where you can’t get ice we wanted it for water totally ridiculous!!I have worked in hospitality they have a lot to learn I’m afraid. My room was ok just dead moths on the walls and flying out of my wardrobe bit off putting!! Food was good generally the hotel was adequate just need to get the bar right even the beers on tap didn’t taste great so we sent them back and the staff agreed so the keg was changed. I was hoping to return on a girlie weekend but I’m reconsidering after my bar experience in this hotel as the location is excellent! Please take this on board and improve on your bar and service not even a gin glass at the bar for my dingle gin!!!

Came here for one night with my daughter as we'd booked the pamper and prosecco package. For €149 each we got an overnight day, a 30 minute treatment each in the spas with either a glass of prosecco or a smoothie. Also included was breakfast and a two course evening meal consisting of a main course and a trio of mini desserts. Firstly I can't say how much we were welcomed at reception. The staff are very friendly. The spa was fabulous and the ladies doing the treatments are very professional and kind. Dinner was very nice. My only issue would be that I asked for a coffee with my dessert and was told this would cost extra. I do think tea and coffee should be included with the meal. Breakfast was lovely too. Our room was clean and presented well. It was cold though and the heating wasn't working which was disappointing. However these minor issues could be resolved easily by the hotel staff for future guests. We would definitely stay here again as it's fantastic value for money
