The Inn At Kingsbarns

Stayed at The Inn whilst a visiting Scotland for a friends wedding in St Andrews. Couldn’t be happier with the the experience: The staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the local area The location is excellent if you’re visiting St Andrews - 15 mins on the bus (which stops just outside) The breakfast was lovely, with a great choice that you pick from the day before The room was big and bed very comfy The bathroom was clean and well lit, the showers were incredible. Excellent value for money. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay there, would happily go back, and recommend it to anyone travelling to the area.

We were staying in the area and decided to have our dinner at the Inn. One of the main reasons was that we had heard that the previous owners had retired last year. Rather than let the Inn be bought and converted into a house/flats or something else the local community rallied together and bought the pub. Great idea. Lovely welcomming atmosphere on arrival. Good choice of dishes for all courses. Well cooked and presented by attentive waiting staff. You can either eat in the 'Snug' or in the bar area. Booking I would suggest is essential if you do not want to be disappointed. There is also 5 bedrooms available at the Inn which we may well try next time we are in the area.

Great setting for stay in Fife Great location and setting for a short stay in Fife. Staff were helpful with extra requests for a young family. Delicious food from the restaurant and full breakfast next morning. Room was spacious and well equipped with comfortable beds, fast wifi, fridge and TV etc.
