Lovely 2 queen size bedroom apt one block from Rough Draft and Uptown Kingston

A very nice unit on the upper floor of an attractive older house. The inside is spacious--seemed larger than the listed square footage. The bedrooms are large with very comfortable beds and lots of storage. The kitchen is a bit small, but perfectly adequate. There's the 'bonus' of a small office in addition to a large living area. The bathroom is fine, with a tub/shower and double sink.The house is on a quiet street with ample on-street parking, some of it metered (Kingston uses an online parking app that I had never heard of, so plan ahead). The location is on the edge of Kingston's historic district. In fact, houses featured in the history walking tour are just a few doors down from this one. There are restaurants within walking distance. Also, the house is reasonably close to the Thruway exit for Kingston, so it's easy to get to without having to drive far into the central part of town.The property manager was fabulous. She stocked the refrigerator with a few essentials before we arrived, gave detailed instructions on parking and the entry locks, and dropped off a missing item that we needed during our stay. This is a lovely, clean, well-managed apartment in a great location at a very reasonable price. It deserves the high ratings it has received. (And, Rough Draft is a great place for coffee or beer!)

Our stay was comfortable and quiet for sleeping. Amenities were as expected. We will consider staying again.

The area is cute and walkable. The host was super responsive and also provided some additional items that made the stay very pleasant. The place was clean and perfect for 2 couples.

May Graduation Had a Great Stay in Kingston for our daughter's college graduation from Bard! Andrea was a very thoughtful and gracious host and engaged with us! Apt was spacious, very well appointed, clean and cozy...in the heart of the Stockade Historic District with lots of shops and places to eat! Will stay here whenever we're in Kingston!
