Holiday village "Seepark Kirchheim". Outside the resort, 4 km from the centre of Kirchheim, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, on the lake, in the countryside. Public parking on the road. Shop 4 km, supermarket 4 km, shopping centre 4 km, bakery 4 km, café 400 m, bus stop 400 m, railway station "Bad Hersfeld" 15 km, outdoor swimming pool 4 km, thermal baths 15 km. Golf course (18 hole) 4 km, tennis 10 km, minigolf 15 km, walking paths from the house 300 m. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Stausee 500 m. Please note: car recommended. The owner does not accept any youth groups. The Seepark is divided into four “villages” with a total of 139 holiday homes, which are grouped around the reservoir (10 hectares of water, bathing, water skiing, sunbathing area). Route around lake is ideal for walking and jogging. "Dorf 4/ Haus 27", 6-room house 102 m2 on 2 levels, on the ground floor. Partly renovated in 2023, tasteful and cosy furnishings: living/dining room 30 m2 with satellite TV (flat screen), CD-player, hi-fi system, DVD and DVD collection available. Exit to the terrace, to the patio. 1 room 14 m2 with 1 double bed (180 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen 7 m2 (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Upper floor: (spiral staircase), 2 rooms with sloping ceilings, each room with 1 bed (90 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the balcony. 2 rooms with sloping ceilings, each room with 1 double bed (180 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the balcony. Shower/WC. Gas heating, boiler (100 litres). Small balcony 5 m2, large terrace 20 m2 partly roofed, patio, lawn 200 m2. Terrace furniture, balcony furniture, barbecue. Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 3 pets/ dogs allowed. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. Distance to the reservoir: 500m.

Garden table was defective, WiFi was sometimes not available, seating for garden chairs too little. There was not even a playground for children.

The house manager is very incompetent. When we pointed out that the upper shower was broken, she didn't want to do anything because there was supposedly no service available in the period. But she wanted to see if she could reach an emergency service. She
