The dinner is super. Room is up to standard. Private open-air onsen is good. The service lady is smart and looks cheerful. She can handle all works from front desk to room setting. We finally met her at dinner time.

整體算可以的，又有戶外公眾溫泉池，房間又有私人池。提供早、晚餐，食物都可以的，不是自助餐，是酒店提供的，只有當天開餐時先知道有什麼食物提供，味道還可以的

酒店服務非常用心，房間空間很大，很舒服。
房間內的溫泉非常舒適，還有露天浴場可以使用。
晚上和早上的餐膳都非常出色，而且有當地的特色美食。

This ryokan was a superb experience. We got the impression it doesn’t see many foreign tourists, but the team did a great job of looking after us. The food was of a very high quality and the chicken sashimi (yes, look it up) was delicious. Our huge room with private indoor and outdoor onsens was just a dream and we truly enjoyed it. Kirishima Onsen doesn’t have a major appeal outside the individual ryokans, so you don’t have to feel guilty about never leaving this place whilst there!

This is a truely traditional Japanese experience, you have your own onsen in the room, exquisite multi courses dinner and breakfast, welcoming service and beautiful room. They are all good but not exceptional, by considering the price I have paid, I would expect more on the facility and the room.
