The receptionist has very good manner , one of the staff is so kind to carry my big luggage upstairs & the provided free breakfast is very good, there are lots of choices.

由於大雪導致無法造訪，但對方仍提供了極大的協助，讓整個過程順利無阻，因此給予高度評價。服務周到且專業，令人印象深刻。下次如果有機會再訪北歐，一定會再次選擇他們，非常值得推薦！

這個房價還含早餐算很實惠了。外面也可以免費停車很方便，也有公用廚房可以煮東西。可惜當天雲層太厚，我們沒有看到極光，有點小失望。

感覺都挺好

房型由簡到豐，隨心選擇。酒店坐落在小山頂，餐廳可盡覽城市景觀。週末午餐的東南亞口味自助餐不錯。酒店背後就是山頂，白天適合hiking，夜裡是觀看極光的絕佳去處。

房間偏小，很乾凈。沒棟樓都有一個公用廚房和客廳，可以自己買菜做飯。前台上班時間很短，大多時候都找不到前台。

The check-in was easy via friendly reception counter. Many choices for the buffet breakfast. It was delicious. Can borrow the sled from the reception and had fun along the slope beside the hostel. Recommend 👍

簡素な部屋ですが、トイレと洗面台、ベッドが備わっているので不便はしません。 バス乗り場からも歩いて10分ほどでした。 宿からすぐの丘でオーロラを見ることができました。

The room was warm, comfortable and easy to stay in. We had quick access to the boardwalk, which was not well lit.

前台小哥很熱情人很好。周邊的景色很贊，藍天白雪，視野開闊，是個看極光的好地方，雖然我們當晚沒看到，但仍是很好的一次體驗。早餐不錯

The place is incredible, a little in the outside part of the old city, we saw the aurora from the hotel. The rooms are fine, the shared spaces are super, breakfast is amazing and the restaurant and in particular Thai food is delicious, you can have lunch or dinner at the hotel and is super good

物有所值,有獨立廁所和電視,房間有櫃檯足夠存放物品而且包括早餐,早餐十分豐富和不錯.它有一間可以存放行李的房間.職員服務態度很好,比較可惜是前台服務不是24小時,所以我晚上洗頭後找不到職員借風筒
