My boyfriend and I loved having most of the comforts of home in our spacious resort lodging. With the quiet room and good mattress we had a good night's sleep every night. The jacuzzi tub was a great extra bonus, and nice pool too. When we reported the ice maker wasn't working, someone came in to fix it within the hour. Great over all service!

The staff at this resort is highly friendly. The property is super-clean. The unit we were in was spotless and very well supplied with abundant dishes and kitchen supplies. The back porch looks out on the lush grounds and lake. The pool is large enough to allow for short lap swimming. There is a small exercise room with a universal, a bicycle and a treadmill. Any problems are immediately taken care of, such as when we asked for a replacement of the coffee maker. The lighting in the unit we were in was fine. The property is set back from a multi-lane boulevard but with the door closed the unit was very quiet. We enjoyed out stay. We took the time-share presentation; there was no pressure to buy and we received a $100 gift card. The beds were not super-comfortable but were more than adequate and we slept well. My wife liked the jacuzzi in our unit.

Older complex in a busy area. Could use some updates but clean and well maintained. Very friendly and helpful staff. Would stay again.

A older but clean resort. Nice pool area. Had a refrigerator problem and was replaced within 20-30 minutes. Furniture could use some updating but overall a nice place to stay. Close to Disney and shopping and restaurants. It fit our families needs.

I have visited many resorts over the years and have become a fan of this one thanks to the staff's helpful and friendly interactions. They never try to sell anything and the property has a wonderful view in the back where a large lake is located

This is a sneaky good hotel. Older, property no doubt, but clean, big rooms with everything you need. I was transitioning between Disney and leaving the city so I needed something close to the parks. I got an apartment room, with kitchen, jacuzzi, big bed, lake in the back, paddle boat etc. The staff is nice and the housekeeping is top notch. They know how to make up a room. Best i've seen in all my travels. TV also actually comes with premium channels as well. If there is any minor issue is that there is a busy highway out front. But the good thing is that as your room is to the back to the lake, you should be fine. If you have trouble getting up stairs ask for a lower floor room. Looking for a luxury hotel...try somewhere else. If you need something cozy, in this area with a big bed, or if you need lots of amenities in your room with a big family or longer stay, feel free.
