The front desk guy was busy and didn't notice anyone coming, so he quickly stepped forward to apologize, saying he was sorry for not being able to go out to greet you in time. Although it was a small matter and had nothing to do with me, in my opinion this was kind and sincere service. After all, he didn't have to do this, and not everyone cares about this detail, but he did it."
