The apartment has 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom and two roof terraces. There is a private parking lot and everything can be reached on foot - Sassnitz old town, Sassnitz harbor, chalk cliffs, train station, supermarket, ...... Individual apartment with two roof terraces. The apartment is on the top floor of a residential building (there is a dental practice on the first floor). Please note that there are two sloping ceilings in the back of the kitchen and in the bedroom. You can park directly behind the house. There is also a shed where bikes can be parked. I can always be reached via Airbnb and in urgent emergencies also by phone. The apartment is located in a residential building and is also perfect for those arriving without a car, as the train station can be reached in 5 minutes on foot. Via several entrances you are in 10 minutes directly in the harbor and can buy fish, eat out or just enjoy the magical harbor atmosphere.
