The living room has one fold out couch (full size) and a custom built in bunk bed (twin XL size mattresses). The living-room ottoman tranforms into a single rollaway cot perfect for a child or small adult. This unit could sleep 6 depending on your personal needs. With that being said I do not recommend this location if you want to sleep 6 adults. Example: The space fits 2 adult couples or a family (parents) with children more comfortably.
