Welcome to our newly renovated residential home. It is conveniently located in the Bayview area of Norfolk. This puts our location in close proximity to Naval station Norfolk and Oceanview Beach. This home is perfect for groups looking to connect with family and friends serving in the military or groups looking for a beach retreat. This fresh and clean 3 Bedroom/2 bath home is just a little over 1700 sq (two levels). It has an open concept living/dining area, good for families. The kitchen is great for making home cooked meals and is equipped with essentials and other conveniences such as a microwave and Keurig. Each bedroom is equipped with a TV and Roku, so you can enjoy all of your favorite streaming programs. On a nice day or night you may enjoy our outdoor space, it is big enough to play football. We also offer a washer and dryer in the home. With a large driveway there is plenty of space for multiple vehicles. This beautifully restored building is located near great restaurants, downtown Norfolk, CHKD, EVMS, Norfolk General, and a short drive to Virginia Beach and Ocean View Beach. Every detail has been taken care of to make this a comfortable and unique stay. We are looking forward to hosting you but there are a few things you need to do in order to make sure that you, and all of our guests, are safe and that everyone can enjoy their respective stays! Please note that if you book a short-term rental (under 30 days), you will be contacted by Truvi directly to verify yourself. Plumbing Etiquette — What Not to Flush or Dispose Please only flush toilet paper—no wipes, feminine products, or anything else. Linens & Care At Sojourn, we provide luxury linens of the highest quality for your comfort. We kindly ask that you help us care for them by following these guidelines. Do not use towels or bedding for cleaning, makeup removal, hair dye or any other activities that could permanently stain the linens. If linens are found to be permanently stained or damaged, we will request reimbursement for the cost of replacement. No Fireworks For your safety and to comply with local regulations, fireworks—including sparklers—are strictly prohibited at all Sojourn properties.. To keep our homes clean and comfortable for all guests, please observe the following: Always clean up after your pet—indoors and outdoors.
