We can comfortably accommodate 8 guests. We are Pet-friendly! Pet fee is $125 per stay. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed. Please let us know if you are bringing a fur friend so that we may get your pet amenities prepared for your arrival. Note that all three bedrooms are located on the third floor, the queen pull-out sofa is located on the second floor. ☆☆ BATHROOMS ☆☆ The townhome has two full bathrooms on the third floor and a half bath on the second floor, so there is never a need to worry about scrambling for space or shower time. The large ensuite master bathroom features dual vanity sinks, an extensive vanity countertop and a large walk-in shower. The second full bathroom is located on the third floor off of the hallway and is equipped with a shower/tub combo. The half bath is located on the second floor just off the kitchen. ☆☆ KITCHEN ☆☆ This fully equipped kitchen is a dream and has everything you or the chef in your group could need to cook up tasty meals, including new stainless-steel appliances, a blender, and a separate coffee and tea station with an assortment of coffee, tea and condiments available for your morning rituals. This condo was just completed in 2020! Walk to everything downtown Traverse City has to offer! It is a one bedroom, one bathroom condo with a king size bed in the bedroom and an upgraded memory foam queen pull out leather sofa in the living room. We have black out blinds in the bedroom and black out curtains in the living room. It is only 3 blocks to the beach! It is only 2 blocks to Front Street which is home to great shopping and amazing restaurants! There are also some of our favorite restaurants/bars that are within 1 block of the condo. Easily walk to the Cherry Festival, fireworks or the Film Festival. The Old Town Playhouse is across the street. Take a short drive to the hiking or biking trails in Leelanau or Mission Peninsula or explore the Sleeping Bear National Shoreline and Sand dunes. Take some time to enjoy the wineries, breweries and cider houses that the area has to offer. We use an electronic lock that we will set to the last 4 digits of your phone number which allows for simple check in/check out.
