One bedroom and private bath with separate entrance and small private patio with keyed locked gate. Door lock has a security code. There is WIFI, 60-inch smart TV, Amazon fire stick and a computer desk in the bedroom. No loud noise allowed. No illegal drug use or smoking on the premises. Smoking and pet violation, $500, and immediate eviction with no refund. Kitchenette includes refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, hot water pot, silverware, plates and bowls, pots & pans, two burner stove top and cooking utensils. Plenty of linens, bedding & cleaning supplies are provided. Bathroom amenities are provided upon arrival--after you run out, you must provide your own.
