Lebenberg Schlosshotel-Kitzbühel

We went for a family ski holiday in February. Even before we arrived we had a good impression, as we had to communicate with the hotel ahead of our arrival and every email was responded to quickly and thoughtfully. The location of the hotel is lovely, uphill from the town offering great views. It's a really pleasant 15-20 min walk into town, along quiet country roads and paths. The rooms are nice and comfortable (great power showers!). The staff are all super helpful and friendly, and it felt like nothing was too much trouble. The bar area is really welcoming and the staff make great cocktails. One of my daughters has an allergy to milk so she couldn't have any of the pastries at breakfast - on the first morning I mentioned this to one of the waiters and he spoke to the kitchen, and they made the most amazing dairy free pancakes for her. On subsequent mornings they had various dairy free cakes available for her. One piece of feedback for the hotel is to have vegan pastries on offer permanently. The pool is glorious - absolutely amazing views. We only took the ski bus once, but it seems to come regularly, and we didn't have to wait long. However, it's only a 5 minute drive to the gondola with plentiful parking for €14 for a full day, so this was more convenient for us. Overall, I would definitely recommend the hotel!

Staying at the Lebenberg Schlosshotel was the best decision we ever made! From the warm, enthusiastic welcome, through our fabulous room, wonderful staff, SUMPTUOUS breakfast, midmeal treats at the bar, fitness room facilities, and gorgeous design, the superlatives are endless! The staff: Fabrizio and Alessa at reception, who helped book difficult-to-procure restaurant reservations, Theo, Antoinetta and another lovely young woman (apologies, my memory fails me) at breakfast, who gladly brought special requests, Costa and colleagues, who made our shuttle rides to town and back so pleasurable, to the professional, always-present housekeeping ladies, all so polite and personable! The hotel is beautifully designed, and located at the top of a hill, affording fabulous views, and welcome exercise! I can't wait to return!

Отель расположен далеко от самого городка Китцбюэль (не дойти пешком). Есть трансфер до подъемников, но количество гостей превышает места в минивэне, отель с этим НЕ справляется. На reception нас «встречал» Максисиллиан, который был категорически не приветлив, ничего не рассказал про отель и его возможности. Взял депозит и даже не выдал ключи (. Уборка в номерах плохая - вешают мокрые полотенца обратно и за 4 дня ни разу не поменяли постельное белье, не говоря уже про минибар. За эту стоимость вы получаете максимум 3 звезды с натяжкой. Состоятельным гостям из России тут определенно не рады Я не рекомендую этот отель и сам сюда больше никогда не вернусь!

Wir verbringen sehr oft im Jahr ein paar Tage in Kitzbühel und wollten uns das Hotel Schloss Lebenberg gern vor einer festen Buchung genauer anschauen. An der Rezeption fragten wir "Gino", ob er uns Zimmer zeigen könne - die Antwort: "Wir sind hier nicht im Schuhladen - schauen Sie auf die Webseite - zeigen geht nicht" - diese Aussage hat uns sehr erstaunt. Ein Hotel in der gehobenen Kategorie sollte eigentlich an der Rezeption Mitarbeiter beschäftigen, welche die Grundregeln im Umgang mit Gästen beherrschen und gewisse Umgangsformen pflegen.

Ich muss gestehen, dass die letzte Reise länger her ist und meine Aufenthalte im Schloss Lebenberg durch und durch positiv waren und erst durch Corona ein jähes Ende gefunden haben. Wieso kommt erst jetzt die Rezession? Weil ich feststellen muss, dass sich das Hotel ggü. 5 Sterne Hotels in Österreich mit ausgezeichneten SPAS nicht verstecken muss bzw. diese sogar übertrifft. Man wird als Alleinreisende im Restaurant nicht in eine „ruhige“ Ecke mit 0 Ausblick gesetzt das Restaurant als auch der Spabereich hat von allen Sitz-/Liegeplätzen einen fantastischen Aus- und Weitblick Man geht nicht halbsatt heraus und trotzdem sieht der Teller schön und nicht überladen aus Männer mit Badelatschen oder kurzen Hosen gab es nicht beim Dinner-die Herren müssten in anderen Häusern dezent auf die Etikette hingewiesen werden. Was im Übrigen auch für Damen in Jogginghosen und Plüschpantoffeln gilt. Zur Not tut es der Zimmerservice. der Pool + Sauna sind traumhaft Lediglich das Ausflugsprogramm könnte ausgeweitet werden sofern dies nicht schon geschehen ist. Einfach ein niveauvolles Haus, das keinen Stararchitekt benötigt und ganz einfach Klasse hat. ❤️

Amazing hotel for skiing. We had a large family room duplex. So comfortable and cosy. The outdoor terrace is perfect for a drink on a sunny winter evening. The indoor pool with mountains views is amazing. The breakfast was very good too. We will be back.
