I had the BEST time staying at the Sultan Sands resort! From beginning to end my experience was truly amazing! I am a solo traveler but I din't feel alone for one moment. The staff is so incredibly friendly and they really made me feel so welcome at the resort and well taken care off. I had a Pwani Room, which was very spacious (even if I wouldn't have been by myself) with a minibar a TV and a little living room area + balcony! The room was always kept very clean, with fresh water & towels every day. And a nice turndown service every evening. The hotel is right at the beach and has loads of (water activities) privacy you need when you're at the beach. What made my experience so much better though, was the care of the hotel manager Kevin. He was truly amazing in helping me plan my itinerary, helping me arrange trips, booking taxi's. He always made sure to have a nice chat with me on a daily basis and it really adds to a great vs good experience, especially when you're traveling solo. I can go on and on about how excellent my stay was, but in short it was AMAZING!

Super hôtel, je recommande fortement si vous voulez être chouchouter cet hôtel est là pour vous, propreté irréprochable, personnel exceptionnel, tout est fait pour que votre séjour soit le plus merveilleux, plage paradisiaque, merci à Kevin pour la soirée repas sur la plage, c'était génial et pour la veille de notre départ. Les équipes sont au top l hôtel et très propre belle plage très bon rapport qualité prix le buffet et différent tous les jours il y a plusieurs reste dans l établissement on a. La possibilité d aller dans l hôtel côté mais ça reste payant pour les consommations
