Best Western Plus Knoxville Cedar Bluff

It is good overall. It is just the room is a bit cramped and the bathroom is small in the corner. Love the coffee machine. Breakfast is good  Front desk is good Amenities is good

I stayed 1 night in a first floor, double queen room. It was clean with a fairly comfortable bed. It had a fridge and microwave. While my room faced the parking lot, there were high hedges along that side of the building, so there was a level of privacy with the curtains wide open. The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was above average and offered a waffle machine, hot and cold cereal, fruit and hot items such as biscuits & gravy, sausage and eggs..... The lady tending the breakfast area worked hard to keep everything stocked. This hotel offers only an outdoor pool, but when i was there, it was in the 90's and a quick dip in the pool was very refreshing! The pool deck and furniture were clean and well maintained. My only complaint was, like another Best Western Plus i stayed at on this trip, the pool towels were very small and chintzy.... Location was good enough for me as i was heading to Nashville in the morning. But if you want to stay near downtown Knoxville, then it probably isn't for you as it's a good 10-15 minute drive away....with no traffic.... So, overall, the Cedar Bluff Best Western Plus hotel is a solid lodging option if you don't mind staying away from downtown Knoxville.

The room was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Lots of parking and convenient to I 75. Very pleasant stay

Trotz rechtzeitiger Buchung und Bestätigung kein Zimmer bereit gewesen und die Buchung verschlampt. Nach langer Wartezeit wurde uns ein Ersatzhotel angeboten, welches wesentliche günstiger war. Die Differenz wurde nach mehreren Anfragen nicht erstattet. Personal unfreundlich und unfähig. NIE WIEDER

After reading the wonderful comments on this BW I decided to try it. Unfortunately I got a terrible room. Yes it's nice and large, The bed my mother tried to sleep in, on one side it literally looks like a 700 pound person slept on one side for 2 weeks....thts how large the indentation was. My mom slept on the other side of the bed but ended up rolling into this ditch in the bed. Why do the maids not say something ??? Don't be excited about the 24 hour coffee, it is watered down nastiness. I didn't dare try to drink the French vanilla coffee as it looked like a tan muddy water. Do u shampoo carpets, the rug looked rather worn. Anyone don't sleep in room 226.....it's not sleep worthy. We did like the soap BW uses. Well after driving 9 hours here , and exhausted, the executive room next us decided to blare Dolly parton music.....like who dors that ? No respect. Did call the desk and after 2 more Parton songs they stopped. I'm scared aboit trying breakfast in the a.m.
