Good experience to stay everything is good for my staying everything’s fine and net clean room/bathroom satisfactory stay safe and well

Good value for the money spent

We were pleasantly surprised with how clean the room appeared, especially liked the hardwood floors as ya never know what carpets are hiding! Beyond this, my only complaints would be the extremely THIN comforters and the sketchy looking tub, as if I were the owner would sand down & reglaze all those that looked dirty, dinge or chipped. Other than that, the staff was friendly and helpful, thanks!

Our non smoking room smelled like 20 smokers and their wet dogs had recently departed, the comforters had cigarette holes in them, corridor trash cans were overflowing, neighboring guests partied and revved their engines late into the night, the free breakfast consisted of a bowl of cereal and bad coffee. This hotel is tired and needs some TLC.

I had the most wonderful stay at the Red Room Inn, and I cannot recommend it enough! From the moment I arrived, Nikki at the front desk made me feel incredibly welcome. She greeted me with a warm smile, was quick and efficient with the check-in process, and made sure all my needs were taken care of. Nikki truly sets the standard for excellent customer service. The room itself was just perfect. It was spacious, comfortable, and equipped with everything I needed. The cleanliness was exceptional—everything from the bathroom to the bedding was spotless. It’s clear that the team at the Red Room Inn takes great pride in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, which made my stay all the more enjoyable. The quality of the room was superb—modern, well-maintained, and with all the little touches that make a stay extra special. Whether it was the luxurious bed or the well-stocked amenities, I felt completely at ease and cared for throughout my time there. Nikki and the entire staff went above and beyond to ensure I had an unforgettable stay. I can honestly say that the service here is unmatched, and I’ll definitely be returning to the Red Room Inn the next time I’m in the area. Truly the best staff, clean rooms, and overall fantastic experience!
