AWFUL. The room was great, but the bathroom was far from luxurious. Water running out the bathroom taps was a light brown colour. We never saw a swimming pool & weren’t told about a swimming pool - their photos show a pool, so where was it? Lots of noise from a main road. Their parking lot flooded twice with sewage. They do not do breakfasts. Overcharged. We were going to spend two nights with them, but decided one night was sufficient. I was promised a refund which has never materialised. On the plus side, the manager was pleasant & bed very comfy. Would not recommend.

We hadden 3 kamers geboekt voor 2 nachten, 15 en 16 januari 2025. Dit hadden we ruim op voorhand gedaan en bevestiging gekregen dat alles in orde was. 1 dag voor we normaal bij hun gingen verblijven, werd onze boeking door hun geannuleerd wegens een overboeking. Als je dit hotel boekt, weet je dat dit kan gebeuren...een verwittigd man is er 2 waard...

The room and bathroom were great and very clean. The bed was very comfortable. Sadly, the noise from the Highway in front did make sleeping difficult

Anita is more than a host. She quickly becomes a family member tending to any and all of your needs before you think you could need them. Catering to every single detail and accommodating my family, Anita it was an absolute amazing experience. My family and I loved our stay with you and thank you from the bottom of our heart.

After seeing beautuful pics on booking. com we did not hesitate to book the venue. After looking forward, great was our disappointment on arrival and seeing our room. Damp on the ceiling, blinds broken etc. we were very unhappy and on the point of leaving and I spone to the manageres Tracy that was helpful and I upgraded to the upper room which I paid for. The two nights staying there we did not sleep much because of all the traffic passing through right next to the venue. I feel there is a total misrepresentation based on the photos. Will never visit again. Breakfast was luckily good and I wanna thank the staff and Tracy for trying to make the best of the situation.

Vriendelijke en zeer behulpzame medewerkers. Fijne schone kamer. Nr 6. Openslaande deuren naar balkon met uitzicht op de Lagune. Wij vonden het geluid van de weg niet storend als de balkondeuren dicht waren. Een bijna geruisloze airconditioner, dat is ook nog wel eens anders. Prima ontbijt. Koud en warm. Goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding.

Very comfortable rooms with great views of the Knysna lagoon. Breakfast is great with a large selection of eats. Friendly staff and a great welcoming atmosphere. Great location to get around Knysna. Inviting swimming pools for those hot days in January. In house bar service through out the day.

The experience was such a excellent one. Friendly and Caring staff. Environment was clean. Food was excellent. It is very close to waterfront and other activities in knysna. There was safe parking for our car and trailer

My partner and I spent 3 days at the hotel. This was easily the most amazing place ever, rooms are beautiful with a magnificent view of he Heads. The staff from hospitality to catering are beyond this world. Big ups to The Manager and the Crazy amazing heads on the hospitality and facilities... you truly made our trip and amazing one.
