This was a good place but the location was on the mountain which was a little far from restaurants. Definitely not a place to take your children, there was a massager on the table. But a nice hotel with friendly staff.

A love hotel close to the Mt Rokko Observatory Deck for night view. The roads around the hotel are hard to navigate. If the price is right, it's a good choice with free parking.

Full of surprises when you can stay at a local hourly hotel. The sex toys, tub and the amenities are fab. Room size is excellent and we have enjoyed the free parking.
The breakfast is soso. The door lock is out of order and you can’t go out the room. The most important thing is l suffered fungi problems on my skin. It is terrible for the room hygiene.

It is definitely a love hotel but the cleanliness and comfort level are quite acceptable , the bath-room is big and well equipped. Some guest 's comments said massage chair is equipped in the room but it was not in my room , breakfast is fine with no complain. Highly recommend for self driving travelers.
I booked the room online and cost HKD 500 =(JPY 8385) , but I found out for short term stay EG : 1800 till next day 1200 it is only cost JPY 3990 excluding TAX .

The hotel is generally OK. They give breakfast in the morning, you can order Japanese and European. You need to order breakfast in time. There is enough breakfast in the morning. The amenities were good, although one day the trash was not taken out. I don’t know what it was connected with, apparently there was some kind of delay. The main minus is the location from the station, it’s about 20 minutes’ walk up a small hill. The trains run strictly in Japanese and until late. Be prepared for this if you choose the hotel for its price. You have to walk the last 50 meters along the highway. It’s also easy to get to Arima directly from Kobe, where there is a good choice of inexpensive accommodation. I liked Kobe in general. So think before making a choice. I walk a lot and the location of the hotel was not a problem for me.
