"The hotel is great. The room was clean, modern and first class. However, the restaurant was very disappointing. There was black feather chicken with gnocchi and spinach. The gnocchi were not homemade, but a ready-made product, like the ones you buy in bags at Metro, industrially manufactured. One gnocchi was the same as the next and the texture was much too hard. The black feather chicken consisted of the leg, with the upper leg boned. Unfortunately, the dish had been cooked through in the morning and only warmed up in the convection oven in the evening, not even heated up. The spinach was excellent and freshly prepared, however. At €38, the whole thing was more than overpriced and does not suit the hotel. My wife's dish was much better, however. The mashed potatoes were fresh and the fish tender. The dessert was also very good. The staff were very attentive and friendly."

"This hotel absolutely does not deserve 4 stars. The facilities are extremely basic and completely disproportionate to the price. Our room was incredibly simple, with a sink, shower, and toilet almost in the middle of the room – offering no privacy or comfort at all. There was no coffee maker or kettle available, and no air conditioning, which is unacceptable for a so-called 4-star hotel. On top of that, I had paid extra for a private parking space, but in the end, I just had to use public parking spots. In short: far too expensive for what you get. Definitely not recommended!"

"Very clean, good sanitary conditions, good service attitude and patience. It is about 2 kilometers away from the Deutsches Eck, and you can see the castle from the corridor. It is less than 3 kilometers away from the train station, so it is very convenient. The breakfast is very simple and needs to be paid separately. There is no elevator on the fifth floor, so the cost performance is slightly poor."

"Hotel is in a quiet area at the moment there are some construction works at the road outside and you have to take a dtour to go the old city. The view from the room is perfect you can see the old castle on the hill. The people at the reception will give you a map and explain what you can do in the area. There is an underground parking for 13 euro per day."

"Room location was the best, next to train station. Next to the bus depot interchange. We can go to city center 2 stops away by bus easily.. There is a Lidt super makret a few steps away. Everything with reach. Rooms are clean and beds comforatable. Staff could have been friendlier though…"
