"Service was absolutely first class from email contact before arrival, help with a luggage issue upon arrival , checking out, and everything in between. All staff were really lovely and helpful and always smiling! Food was perfect and the restaurant staff were really engaged with us, recommending items from the menu and perfect wine to accompany the food. Prices were very reasonable too. This was my second trip to the Mercure in Koblenz and I will definitely be back. Even as a lone female traveller, I felt very comfortable which is a huge benefit to enable enjoyment of the whole trip. MARVELLOUS, thank you"

"A very nice hotel. They have a sauna and a small pool, although I didn't use it. Zavrak is wonderful. The service is superb, especially in the bar and restaurant; the waiters really try their best. I declined housekeeping and received a 5-euro bar voucher for the day, but they still cleaned my room—made the bed and changed the towels."

"We stayed two days at the end of a boat/bike tour down the Mosel. When we checked in the clerk asked us if we liked wine, and we said "Sure!". There was a wine festival in a nearby town the next day - great event, the hotel had a food stop set up. Anyway, we had a top floor room overlooking the train station. Never had any noise issues, even with open windows. Food in the restaurant downstairs was very good. We were able to get ice daily for my wife's knee. Luggage was stored easily. Will return."

"Wonderful boutique hotel right at the Mosel River and close to some lovely little river marinas. Super friendly check in, comfortable room (except for the “bathtub shower” :-)). Excellent restaurant and an amazing indoor pool and spa area with a “panorama sauna” overlooking the neighborhood, a great steam room. It’s a little outside of Koblenz proper, but with good weather, one can have a great hike down to the Deutsches Eck and downtown. Really enjoyable stay."

"It is worth the visit to the hotel to the midnight and the hotel has already provided everything and everything has been relatively smoothly. The hotel is a little difficult to navigate, but it has worked all. The room was rather rudimentary and we were sleeping badly. There was a wide divide between the mattresses and the lattice roast is inbowed. You felt the feathers of the mattress. Once the light has been turned on in the bathroom, the disturbing noise has been addressed. However, what has made sleep particularly difficult was the heating tubes that made a rhythmic drop noise. The bed covers were very thin and we were cold. The shower was really very small, but in order and clean."

"I choose this place as google maps identify fairies & cruises across the River, which doesn’t exist anymore. The hotel is nice for old families who might have a memory there but not a recommended place for solo travelers or young groups as it’s so old & small. However, staff are so friendly and might be the only thing that would make it up for ur stay. Food is quite good but you will find similar quality in the city."
