Niyati - Boutique Stay

I stayed recently and had a mixed experience.there were several issues that made the stay uncomfortable. The TV didn’t work, there was a ceiling leak in the room, and a noticeable damp smell throughout. The biggest problem was the noise — I could clearly hear hotel staff talking loudly until midnight due to poor soundproofing. Staff communication was also disappointing and unresponsive. Overall, the stay fell below expectations. The hotel has potential but urgently needs improvement in maintenance, sound insulation, and service quality.

The room was very basic but had everything we needed but what you need to know is that directly opposite the hotel is where the motorbikes meet & come & go from there & chat late into the night & the bar next door to the hotel run by the same guy plays really loud music until at least midnight! Not a chance of sleeping if you’re on the front side like us!

This is a decent property to stay at but their reservation system seemed to be broken when I arrived. The people at the hotel told me that I booked only one room when in fact I had two rooms booked. They later realised that the two rooms appeared as two seperate bookings on their end. Until they discovered the second booking the manager tried to pin the blame on me instead of trying to help me out.
