Pros: excellent staff that tries their best to welcome and make you feel at best during your stay. Great aircon, bathtub (water pressure), pillows n firm bed. Wide array of breakfast selections - from continental, indian, thai, chinese, sandwich station, noodle bar, fresh juice bar, etc. Great beachfront views with pool menu that doesnt cost an arm or a leg. Cool marshmallow ritual every evening too. Yummy welcome chocolate (not the cheap kind). Would definitely come back n recommend to friends n fam.
Cons: sausages line for breakfast couldve use a more premium ones...egg station should be expanded with more staff since it is the busiest of all in the morning..water pressure (shower) couldve been stronger like the bath tub, cleaning hours could be better managed and attentive (they forgot to refill the soap/shampoo).
