There was a mouse in the house. I stayed there for 4 days. I didn't sleep well on two nights. On the third night, I saw a mouse running on the ground and heard a mouse squealing in the corner. On the fourth night, I was worried because the mouse was on the roof. I asked the waiter to catch the mice and caught one, but failed to catch the other and chose to change rooms. I really didn’t expect a hotel with such a high price to have such a low-level problem. There are also a lot of mosquitoes. I definitely wouldn’t dare to go there again.

Facilities: I have stayed in the best hotel in Thailand and the founder of Six Senses, so it is quite similar to Six Senses, but it feels better than Six Senses Koh Samui. Maybe the location and the pick-up by private jet and yacht will make the experience even more upgraded. The brightest point is that the hotel's breakfast is superb

Very satisfied with the 3-week trip to Thailand. Soneva is the best hotel I have ever stayed in in Thailand. Great resort if you’re looking to recharge, soend quality time with a friend, family or partner. It’s the slow life & barefoot luxury. Excellent service, food, views, stunning sunsets. Each villa gets their own buggy, they have a telescope and a chocolate room which were real highlights
