This is a spectacular location and the bungalows are all built into the cliff face. It’s quite magical for the simplicity and sound of the waves every night. Bungalows are simple with no AC - rustic vibes and mosquito nets. I loved the chance to stay here and totally slow down with such a spectacular view. Accessibility to the bungalows could be tricky for some with steep uneven stairs and often it was also slippery so not for everyone. Unfortunately the entrance to the beach looks a bit past its prime with old run down buildings and a bit of garbage. Otherwise it was a beautiful stay!

Unsere Toilette war undicht, damit der Badezimmer boden immer feucht, das Holz vom Bettrahmen war porös und so splittrig, dass man sich daran verletzen konnte. Staubwischen und Spinnennetze entfernen wurde lange nicht gemacht. Die Stühle auf der Terrasse waren sehr unbequem. Insgesamt war Zimmer 20 auf dem Felsen in keinem guten Zustand, über die anderen zimmer kann ich nichts sagen, es ist aber schwer vorstellbar, dass man nur ein Zimmer verkommen lässt und die anderen pflegt. Der Strand hat grundsätzlich sehr starke Wellen und zumindest auf den Felsen ist es sehr laut. Die Wellen brechen kurz vor dem Strand, Wellen surfen geht also nicht und auch zum Baden ist es eher unpraktisch. der Strand ist klein und hat nur ein Restaurant. Der Weg zum Resort eher schwierig. Von Tongsala mind. eine halbe Stunde mit dem Auto. Sehr abgelegen und kein guter Badestrand, grobkörniger Sand. Würde nicht wieder dort einchecken.

Très bel endroit, bungalows simples (pas de Clim, pas de savon, pas de service de ménage pendant notre séjour de 5 jours). Atmosphère Familiale ., il faut être véhiculé pour visiter le reste de l’île. Location de scooters sur place possible. Le restaurant est légèrement plus cher qu’ailleurs, mais la cuisine est bonne. Un autre restaurant est situé en hauteur (hôtel voisin). Plage agréable, petit paradis entre plage et forêt.

People were saying, it is worth a day trip to the beach. So rode my motorbike to the national park, expecting a place in paradise. The frustration was high. Entering the park, driving to the beach you see left and right tons of trash in the middle of the nature; plastics, old boats, anything you can imagine. From my point of you a catastrophe for the nature. The restaurant itself was ok, the food eatable but not outstanding. The restrooms were shocking - dirty - can’t find the right wording for that. Don’t visit the place.

If you want to be a castaway and escape the rat race this could be the place for you, but it’s basic as that’s part of its appeal. We had a beach bungalow and got up to see the dawn at 5,30 it was beautiful. The location is amazing and if you are searching for THE beach this is probably it. You are close to nature so you may have a lizard visit but there are mosquito nets around the beds. There is a little bar and restaurant and in the evening you get the place to your self when all the day trippers leave. The staff lit a fire pit in the evening so you can kick back under the stars. We did love it but it is basic so it’s not for everyone.
