The location of the resort is remote, and cannot be reached by normal transportation. Their listing is misleading as they offer free parking. Parking for what? My flip-flops. I called them to get some help. They referred me to a taxi service which is scam… there is no road only a 3 km dirt-sand road to the place. bottom line, after 3 hours of trying, I given up. Asked for a cancellation. Rejected. Waste of time and money as they do not refund…will stay away from Koh Phanghan !

Nice Hotel 😘

Rooms are new and fresh. There are some viewpoints near here, palm forest and some restaurants. The best way to get there is by boat. You can also go by powerful scooter or off-road vehicles.

مرحبًا. التفسيرات التي نقوم بها للأشياء تتشكل وفقا لتوقعاتنا. قد يكون هذا الفندق هو النقطة الأفضل لذلك :). لأنك ستكون في مكان بعيد حيث لا يكون النقل سهلاً، ولكن إذا كان هذا ما تحتاج إليه، فإن هذا الفندق سيمنحك ما تبحث عنه. إنه مكان رائع في الغابة، في أجمل خليج في الجزيرة، مع 4 مطاعم وظل دائم. استقبال الواي فاي جيد. الموظفون موجودون لتلبية كافة احتياجاتك وهم ودودون. لا تتوفر مياه ساخنة. يكفي أن تهب الرياح على الجزيرة باستمرار. لا يوجد سوق. ولهذا السبب، عليك شراء احتياجاتك مثل الوجبات السريعة والسجائر والولاعات والأدوية وما إلى ذلك قبل وصولك. لا يوجد ثلاجة أو غلاية في الغرف. يوفر الفندق خيار النقل للوصول إلى الفندق. يمكنك قبول ذلك دون القيام بأي بحث. إنهم يقدمون أسعارًا معقولة للغاية ويمكنك أن يتم اصطحابك من موقعك المفضل ونقلك إلى فندقك دون أي تحويلات. إذا عبر طريقي مرة أخرى، سأختاره بالتأكيد مرة أخرى.

The hotel room was very nice, clean, and staff was polite. The problem was location.. The beach was unbelievably dirty with thousands of bottles and other trash swimming in the water. Although the people were trying to clean it there was a river next to hotel covered with trash. Other problem was the transportation to the hotel, because it is impossible to get to hotel by scooter you need to take a SUV taxi that stops working after 6pm and after that you need to walk through the jungle where we even saw snakes.. so if you are planning to stay just in a hotel and not go to other beaches it might not be a problem.

The property is beautiful. The staff is very accommodating and can understand most English. One big thing to keep in mind is it’s only accessible by a boat or by a taxi service that has 4x4 capability! It can be costly if you plan on making trips to town everyday

Hôtel situé à « Bottle Beach », nous y sommes resté une semaine, voici les quelques informations importantes à savoir avant réservation, que j’aurais aimé connaître: si vous n’avez pas votre propre moyen de transport, le taxi depuis l’arrivée des bateaux est de 750bth/personne/trajet Ce taxi ne vous déposera pas à l’hôtel mais à un parking situé à 2km de l’hôtel Depuis ce parking, pour accéder à l’hôtel il faudra compter 100bth/personne et par trajet via des pickups appartenant à l’hôtel mais dont le coût n’est pas inclus y compris pour les guests de l’hôtel…. Ce chemin de 2km est très compliqué à emprunter, que ce soit en 2 roues et/ou à pieds du à une pente très très importante et un chemin très accidenté. Si vous avez votre propre moyen de transport vous serez obligé de le laisser sur le parking puis de prendre les taxis pickup, sauf si vous avez loué un pickup. Ce qui signifie qu’une fois à l’hôtel si vous souhaitez visiter l’île il faudra prendre en compte le coût de 200bth pour deux personnes et par trajet entre l’hôtel et le parking, ce qui peut représenter un budget important à la fin du séjour. Vous avez aussi la possibilité de prendre des bateaux taxis depuis la plage pour aller de l’autre côté de la baie, il faudra compter 200bth/personne et par trajet avant 17h30 pour le retour…. Concernant l’hôtel, le personnel est très sympathique, mais sachez que l’hôtel commence à avoir de l’âge, il mériterait d’être totalement ou presque rénové. Nous avions réservés 2 logements de qualités différentes et le constat est le même: il faut rénover, ça se délabre à vu d’œil…ça tombe a l’abandon. Aussi, sachez que les bungalow les moins chère sont situés à l’arrière, juste à côté du groupe électrogène qui tourne toute la journée et la nuit… Il faut aussi être informé qu’il y a une coupure d’électricité tous les jours de 16h à 18h. Enfin, côté restauration, vous avez 4 restaurants sur la plage, ils proposent à peu près tous la même chose, mais globalement ils pratiquent des tarifs plus élevés (ils sont les seuls) pour une qualité très moyenne, excepté pour le restaurant « smile » situé tout au bout de la plage, côté gauche. C’est celui que nous recommandons. Les deux autres Resort situés juste à côté ont l’aire plus récents, en meilleur état, à voir pour la différence de prix.

The resort is on an isolated beach, you can reach it only with taxi boats or a 4X4 car. No hot water on the bathroom, no fridge and no closet. The Staff and the restaurant are good and collaborative. Too isolated , good for relax a couple of day

Incredible place. Beautiful beach, lovely staff. It was the most delightful stay. For people looking for insight, the accommodation is comfortable, no hot water, no AC, it's difficult to get to - I think this makes it perfect! But it's not a shopping, nightlife, convenient place. I think it's paradise

Stay away from this resort!!! First I would like to mention that we were deliberately deceived: For example, the new menu was shown on the homepage/Facebook, as is also shown an open restaurant. However, upon arrival this was closed and in a state of disrepair: no resemblance to what can be seen on the current homepage... The cleanliness of the room was a catastrophe: dirty towels and curtains, a saggy mattress, an absolutely disgusting refrigerator, splattered mirrors and a non-functional toilet and cleaning only every three days... Through multiple e-mail traffic in advance (due to picking up at another resort) we could have been made aware of the grievances, if not had to. We then checked out immediately and moved to a resort next door; so didn't spend a night there. We have complained to our tour operator about the grievances and asked for a refund - the resort, however, plays dead and simply does not answer the operator; which is why we are now sitting on the costs. Therefore: rather go to Bottle Beach 1 or something like that... THILO.
