This place really stood out from the other Hotels on our honeymoon. This area is more of an appartment/bungalow wibe. We were not sure what level of service to expect but where positively surprised by the cleaning service and front desk personnel who helped us arrange several day trips to mae haad, bottle beach etc. All the couples that ran their transports were so nice people! The oceanside pool is very nice with easy access to the beach! Getting a room facing the ocean is worth it. The only downsides were that the house had like 4 locks per window/door and lots of those, so securing the house was very time consuming and back doors once or twice left unlocked by housekeeping. There were also a lot of information about fines for all kinds of things (like peeing in the sofa or bed) which didnt feel so welcoming nor relevant. Also a lot of generic emails/whatsapp messages were sent that was not applicable to our type of booking.

Un Paradiso . Ottima Location . Piu che una stanza si tratta di un piccolo appartamento in un giardino tropicale con bellissima piscina . Camere spaziose e pulite. Stesso dicasi per il Bagno . Salottino con Veranda e cucina attrezzata ( comoda ). Letti confertevoli , silenzio notturno Spiaggia non male soggetta come tutta la zona al fenomeno della marea . Ottima Recption . Staff gentile e disponibile. Buon Rapporto Qualità / Prezzo Da Tornarci

Silan résidence = végétation luxuriante et entretenue, chambre spacieuse et très propre complexe à dominante familiale (avec enfants). Piscine magnifique. Emplacement à côté des restaurants et des plages. Personnel attentionné, souriant et au petit soin. Maintenant les moins.. Que 6 transats en bord de piscine, bien trop peu... Pomeau de douche sale (maison 07). Climatisation de la chambre bruyante contrairement à celle du séjour. Pas de vue mer pour les petites maisonnettes, il est nécessaire de traverser la route pour accéder à la mer. Nous reviendrons.

It’s not even passed 8 months and we are back again! Love this place, you have a beautiful villa allocated on the beach side Very comfortable inside out ! You have all needed facilities , the villa is big with kitchen, dining room, bedroom, closet , washroom, and even a bath outside As well location is perfect you have restaurants, supermarkets, spas around you in a minute walk Very friendly and helpful staff, at our first stay we stopped at villa 16, this time we asked for it again and they were very attentive and friendly to assist us with booking ❤️ We just had a small issue in the morning with AC - within 5 minutes was fixed! The area of campus is very green, clean and big it has swimming pools as well, in case you are traveling with kids they have space to play around and enjoy

Spacious, clean and well maintained rooms. The view from the room is amazing (we were in rooms facing the ocean). The hotel staff is very helpful, available and takes care of everything efficiently..

Strategically located in the center of Chaloklum. Very nice , family friendly (bedroom, living room + equipped kitchen) and superb service. Everyone is very nice and makes you feel welcome. During our ＞2 weeks stay, we had to move several times between the garden area and the ocean view due to late booking in a high season. The Silan team made every effort for the process to take around an hour, moving and organizing our belongings to the new house. Location wise, many dining places around: Thai, German, French, Italian and even English… all at a very affordable price.

Modern villas with a small kitchen, full bath plus outdoor bathtub and very comfortable bed. Patio with hammock, pool access and steps down to the beach. Outside the walls of Silan, you are within walking distance of numerous restaurants with both Thai and western cuisine. The staff is friendly and gracious, always ready to be of help. Definitely a place to return to for a future vacation!

Our Villa was really good, nicely decorated, the rooms were large and a great living area with kitchen. Our Villa was cleaned daily and we were sent a message to let us know what time. Fantastic staff were helpful and friendly. We were picked up from the pier with no problems and the day we got there staff showed us to a night market right outside the property which was fab. Chaloklum is a fab little town and well worth exploring, I’d recommend the boat trip round to Bottle Beach and the viewpoint hike. There is plenty of restaurants and bars surrounding Silan. The pool area was quiet and relaxing, we were also given the option to use the beach side pool across the road which looked great but was too windy when we stayed.

We spoke to the manager and were told that no rooms available which is fine but we were spoken to like rubbish. My wife was in tears as no one should talk like this to anyone. Customer service skills are lacking very much.
