Very Nice hotel beautiful swimming pool with perfect location just near to Central shopping Mall

Absolutely loved my stay here at this hotel. The staff were gorgeous and so friendly. On the day of my arrival, the lovely young lady on the front desk got a very tired and rude human before her and she was still so lovely to me. I did struggle with the verbal instructions to find the room (as there are 3 buildings at this hotel), and I tried to find it but got frazzled and had to get her to help me which she did even though I hadn’t been that pleasant. Of course, I made sure to apologise the next day as no one needs to be treated poorly or have someone be rude to them. She was so sweet about it and we then become good little friends during my stay. I’m sad I didn’t get to say goodbye to her today but I’ll be back. My room was lovely, air conditioning was amazing and I had everything I needed. The pool area was ok albeit using beanbags for seating/laying down and it’s in full sun so the pool was warm and didn’t make it that pleasant. Location was excellent and I had everything right there as I stepped out the front door. I’ll definitely stay here again and recommend to others!
