Very bad. There was a problem with the water not flowing. The hotel couldn't do anything because the staff was a foreigner. Booked for two nights. The first night, I didn't shower. The water didn't flow because I had to do personal business. There was a power outage. The bathroom couldn't be used at all. The staff just said to wait 30 minutes. Until the next morning, it still didn't flow. So we checked out and went to find a new room. We asked for a refund but they wouldn't give it back. We called Trip.com customer service and they couldn't contact the hotel. They couldn't cancel or refund the money. So we got a refund in dollars equal to the room rate for one night instead.
