호텔 직원들이 도착부터 체크아웃까지 너무 친절하게 해주셨다. 예약했을 때부터 WhatApp으로 서로 연락하면서 체크인/체크아웃, 공항 픽업, 현지에서 즐길만한 일정 등등 친절하게 알려주셨다. 큰 규모의 단지는 아니지만 주변 리조트나 빌라에 비해 훨씬 격조 있고 고급스런 느낌이다. 조식은 미리 조율된 시간에 요리사가 빌라로 와서 직접 요리를 해준다. 집에서는 먹는 느낌 그대로! 메뉴는 그리 다양하지는 않고, 베이컨/소시지/시리얼/계란후라이/과일 등 간단하게 먹는 아침식사 정도. 빌라마다 pool이 있긴 하지만 투숙객 모두가 이용할 수 있는 바닷가 전망의 메인 수영장이 있다면 더 좋았게다는 아쉬움이 살짝 있다. 여튼 진짜 오랜만에 가족들과 함께 여행을 즐겼다.

Nice villa, good service, nice homemade breakfast in the villa in the mornings. We stayed in the Helaconia villa and the pool was in a terrible state, we did not use it, the tile vas broken and very skarp. There is no common pool, and not enougt beachchairs on the beach, so we ended up sitting on our towels on the beach, felt not so premium. Good location on a quiet beach with good restaurants.

Our adult family enjoyed the most beautiful holiday at Lotus Samui. The staff are all amazing and cannot do enough to ensure you have a wonderful holiday. We are all dreaming of a return! Jenny couldn’t do enough to organise day trips and organised a really special surprise for our wedding anniversary. Nam is an amazing cook and we loved her beautiful dinners with the occasional cooking tips. Can’t recommend this highly enough.

Our family of 8 - six adults and two teenagers - spent a glorious week at Villa Chi Samui. It was so amazing, we voted it our best family vacation ever, and we've been on quite a few. What makes this house so special, and so incredibly relaxing, is the first class service from the house manager K. Aom and her staff, and the exceptional chef K. Nam. Basically, their outstanding service - delivered with the most exquisite graciousness - makes it so you don't have to worry about a thing or lift a finger while you're in this breathtaking home. K. Aom arranged for daily yoga lessons and massages at the house every day, and K. Nam cooked us the most delicious breakfasts and one outstanding dinner, better than any restaurant on the island. The house is beautifully designed, with open living areas leading up to the beach, where we spent many an evening watching the sun set. Villa Chi Samui had 5 beautiful bedrooms, with comfortable beds and huge en suite bathrooms. There is a lap pool and a second pool by the water's edge. All around, there are comfortable lounge areas where you can congregate with others or read a book on your own. You will never want to leave.

Our family of 10, including 3 young children and a baby, stayed at Lotus Beachfront Villa for 16 nights earlier this month. The villa was superb, extremely well furnished and well equipped - and the staff were fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble. The pool overlooks the beach and was thoroughly enjoyed by the whole family. The beach is not the best on the island, but good for an early morning walk and with a few bars and restaurants in walking distance for lunch or sunset drinks. Hug Samui was our favourite. For evenings out we enjoyed the local restaurants, Fisherman’s Village and some of the nearby luxury hotels. For days out Cheong Mon beach was our favourite. Koh Samui is a beautiful island with lots to offer and our holiday at Lotus Samui was fabulous. We thoroughly recommend it.

What can we say, what an amazing place, we just didn’t want to leave. We were 3 couples in this stunning 5 bedroom beach front villa. The views were breathtaking, service outstanding, and our favourite question we were asked every morning was “how would you like your eggs” from the in-house excellent chef. The chef also cooked for us one evening and throughout our travels in Thailand the beef Massaman was the best we have ever tasted. One night they also did us a BBQ with lamb burgers, delicious. The grounds were big so as 3 couples we did not over run each other. Attention to detail in the bedrooms and the main villa area. The beach was like having a private beach, the water was crystal clear in a beautiful green colour and the 21 m private beach front pool was just WOW. There were water toys to play with, kayaks and paddle boards so something for everyone. We also took advantage of the on-site Spa a few times where you can have couple massage as there are 2 beds, body scrubs, oil massages, Thai massages and the masseur’s were very good. The on-site team were on hand to assist with any questions you may have and happy to organise tours if you wanted them, although we just didn’t want to leave the place.

Excellent service and staff who were always available, extremely friendly, caring and not one single request was ever denied, too special or too complicated. Layout and facilities are all excellent. The views were absolutely stunning and the location is perfect with many small local restaurants along the main road. The staff are amazing and attend to your every need. In house massages in the on-site treatment room where you will also find the fitness room, we are on the terrace with food cooked by the in house by chef, the quality and presentation of the food was excellent. The resort and villas are simply beautiful and luxurious. It is a paradise set on a clean and pretty much private beach And our favourite question we were asked every morning “How would you like your eggs” Thank you, we will be back.

A wonderful, spacious, clean , inviting property right on the beach . The staff were attentive to every detail and the private chef spoiled us every day. The hosts could not have been more gracious. A really fantastic vacation spot.

There is something magical about a place where you anticipate something special is about to happen only to discover that all your expectations have been elevated to the unexpected. From the moment you walk through the gates at Lotus Samui you immediately see that Carol and Manfred, the owners have taken great pride to make sure that this resort is exceptionally well cared for. The villas are spectacular throughout all their touchpoints. From the timeless architecture, through the spacious well-appointed living, dining and great rooms that seem to float on tranquil water features throughout, through to the comfortable lounge seating areas that connect with each other all the way to the edge of the ocean. Delicious breakfasts, lunches and dinners prepared by a personal Chef were simply culinary delights that were well above any Thai restaurants we had been to around town. The service was always without exception friendly, kind and professional and always with a smile. Lotus Samui is also an exceptional place to host a wedding for an intimate group of friends. We had the privilege of attending one and found that it’s the perfect place for such an event. From the ceremonial location that overlooked the ocean to the magically intimate dining area that guests were escorted to as a surprise and the perfect dance location that allowed everyone to let go, this exquisite resort simply elevates all the senses and delivers beyond expectations.

We were warmly greeted by the incredible attentive staff and were enchanted from start to finish by the attention to every detail…..delicious well presented food, well appointed tasteful villas with incredibly comfortable king beds, ample storage for clothes and chic large ensuites. The blue expanding views, the warm ocean waters steps away and the play equipment (Kayak) beckoned us to be in the water often. We loved the lap pool to get our fitness workout each day. We walked for miles on the extensive beach to our favourite lunch restaurant, The furniture was so comfortable in our private villa and in the tastefully designed living room and kitchen. We loved the balmy air as we dined each night on our patio. I couldn’t get enough of the fabulous massage therapist on site. What a treat to walk 10 steps into the spa. I used to own a massage Center and these Thai practitioners knew their practise. I choose a Thai massage one day and an oil Essenes deep massage the next…..,, In heaven every moment. Of course there is great shopping near by (bought 10 sun dresses and 5 pairs of earrings), fabulous restaurants of every cuisine desire and if you like to party loads of options for night fun. The new shopping Center was beautiful. The staff gave impeccable service…gardeners making the grounds prestine, coffee ready in the morning, fabulous Thai or western cuisine as we desired at every meal and if a want, problem or request was uttered they were there to assist immediately. It was the easiest, most enjoyable holiday ever. I felt pampered, cared for and special. Thank you so much. Barb.
