1 gün oda uzatması yaptığımız da fahiş bir fiyat olması gerektiğinden fazla para aldılar ve sahili beach kenarı yüzmek için uygun değildi

Petit hôtel sympa, éloigné du tourisme de masse, à 20 minutes à pied du centre et 5 minutes en scooter. Pas de service à l'accueil, nous avons dû attendre pour le check-in. En revanche, merci au monsieur du petit déjeuner. Belles chambres donnant sur la piscine.

Posto meraviglioso! Abbiamo soggiornato nella villa fronte oceano ed è stato stupendo. Vicino la struttura si possono tranquillamente noleggiare scooter e/o moto,quindi molto ”facile”…girare l’isola

Pretty private and quiet, recommended!

It's nice quiet but the beach here u can't be in water. Spa is excellent so if you aim to lounge around the pool just chilling this is the one. Breakfast is so so

Struttura molto bella, situata alla fine della spiaggia di Lamai. La posizione è molto tranquilla è ideale per chi cerca un po’ di relax. Abbiamo soggiornato in una camera con posizione diretta alla piscina ed era molto pulita. Lenzuola morbidissime, una particolarità della struttura è che hanno eliminato la plastica. La spa è molto ben curata, ho fatto un massaggio Thai davvero rigenerante. Ma la scelta era davvero molto ampia. La colazione è molto buona, ma poco personalizzabile (offrono un menu a scelta con colazione americana, internazionale e thai). Il personale è stato davvero molto disponibile nel risolvere ogni nostra esigenza. Inoltre è anche possibile, utilizzando un servizio di transfer, raggiungere l’altra struttura, situata nella parte interna di Lamai. Davvero consigliata!

Front desk staff gave me false information for reservation change which costed loss in finance and complicated the situation! She basically agreed with all then denied what she agreed! Very disappointing and upsetting! Food on the other brand is delicious and healthy in its restaurant!

真的很差勁！風塵撲撲趕到酒店後酒店前台明明三個人，我們表示要辦理入住後，前台就一直接電話説喊等，明明還有兩個前台在旁邊坐着發呆，我們就傻等在那裡……這個酒店員工服務意識淡薄就罷了，最過分的是居然不打掃衞生，因為頭一天衞生做的特別差，我們還在房間掛了請打掃的牌子並且桌上留了小費希望可以做的乾淨點，結果出去一天晚上回到房間簡直驚呆了。。不衹是軟性服務差，硬件設施也是破舊，特別是洗漱台，裝了一個華而不實的盤子一樣的接水台，稍微一用水就那個水花就濺得到處都是，刷牙都不敢吐泡沫，因為出來就會沾到身上，別提多噁心了🤢，除此之外，房間地板很多沙，第一天晚上空調不製冷，房間沒有給空調遙控器，出門找前台沒有人，衹有一個守門大爺躺在門口呼呼大睡，就熱着等天亮！最惡劣的就是不打掃衞生還不承認，説上午來了一趟看屋裡有人在，這是什麼理由？意思就反正來了一趟了，沒做衞生也不賴他？泰國住酒店還是要大牌連鎖的，這種本地民宿小酒店千萬別來！ 環境：酒店小的可憐，周圍沒有夜市可以逛

在蘇梅島過度一下住了這家酒店，這家酒店在蘇梅島裏不算大屬於小但非常精緻的那種！很有設計感，泳池的設計驚艷到我了，性價比高，酒店在蘇梅島主路旁很好找

Fantastische ruhige Anlage, insbesondere die Poolvillen haben eine tolle Atmosphäre. Hilfsbereites, fähiges Personal und ein hervorragendes Frühstück. Klare Empfehlung!
