Chill Inn Samui Hostel and Restaurant

Loved our stay here, it’s a great spot to stay in. The staff is incredible, sooo nice and helpful people. They helped us book daytrips, scooters and gave great recommendations! The hostel is overall really good, fresh and clean. They also have a nice bar with good food and breakfast, softdrinks, and water is free!

this is a really great place. fresh, good food and fantastic service. nice beds. the staff are incredibly helpful and kind. there is always something to do and you never become sedentary. i will definitely visit chill inn again if i come to koh samui

This hostel gave me more like a hotel/resort vibes. I shared a 8 bed mixed dorm, super clean and the bed is comfortable. You have access to a locker for your stuff. The dorms are separated from where the reception and restaurant is (not far), by the in the restaurant you have a beautiful beach front; its so dreamy. You can paddle board and watch the sunset. The vibes are relaxed and chilled. The food is good, and the staff is very welcoming. Theres 1 bathroom to share per floor. I recommend this hostel.

The name of the hostel lives within it. It's a chill hostel, no partying, friendly and accommodating staff. Food is fantastic, tastes much better than other restaurants. They partnered with locals for you to rent a motorbike or taxi going to the airport or pier. They even let me eat durian in their restaurant.

Was only planning on staying a few nights but I think I extended it to 10 days. It's easy to stay a long time here.You have a sea view,a comfy bed,and fellow travellers. Many a day have I been stuck in those bean bags overlooking the sea. There's a familymart within walking distance from the hostel and a few restaurants too. If you walk for about 15 minutes in either direction you can find a few more options for restaurants,marts and so on.There is also a restaurant at the hostel which is popular. Silver beach is very closeby if you are on a scooter,and the busier part of Lamai is not far from Silver beach. The place is abit out of the way from big attractions and busy areas as it's a big island. if you are not spending most of your time at the hostel you may want to rent a scooter to explore,or make friends with someone who has one. The costs of taxis on Samui island is pricier compare to other islands. One taxi trip can easily cost more than the cost of renting a scooter for the day. You can rent scooters through the hostel or near it at around 200baht as of now. Great place to be for a solo traveler not looking to party too hard.
