Beautiful hotel really lovely staff,excellent service only stay for 3night with family (4of us) first night was great until we had a foods poisoned our last 2night very bad cant get out from the bed till we go back to bkk.

Situated near some attractions, resort and rooms were clean. Has some nice areas to lounge around and can see the effort to create activities and events during the day; beach is the grainy type so not the best to play on the sand, otherwise waves were nice. Overall the resort felt a bit small, catered to families with kids. Had power outage one of the days which was not explained well by staff, and had to self-help at the beach.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, courteous, and always ready to assist with any questions. Kudos to the entire team for delivering such heartfelt service. This is truly what exemplary hospitality looks like! 👍🏻👏🏻

Service excellence : Courteous, Knowledgeable and attentive staff. Accommodation quality : Spacious, well-furnished rooms with high-quality bedding and linens. Impeccable cleanliness in room and common areas.

Everything is great. Food is good. Beach is very small but enough for the hotel guest. But u cannot do any activities on the beach. Like.kther hotels they don't have any snorkeling.. kayak etc. They have fire shoes and other events for entertainment. It's far away from the chewang Beach and they don't provide any pickup and drop from Beach. It's charged at 800 TBH for pickup and drop which is very expensive. Better to keep a bike on rent @ 300 TBH and have it for 24 hrs. Spa is good but not worth given 10 times price as compared to any good spa outside. This places misses steaming sauna bath. Rest its a good property but its better to always be near chewang for having all combinations.

There's a fire show at sesun grill restaurant every wednesday night. Room is practical and my favourite is the balcony. Would love to return again!

Really nice hotel beach is sand is little to different its not a sand it’s pebbles so really hard to enjoy the beach

Positives: Amazing room, amazing pools! Negatives: Rocky beach and the prices at pool restaurants are a complete ripoff. Will also cost you 300 bhat oneway to chaweng beach from this location

Quite poor service from the beginning and so many staff don’t know English, no following schedule on so many activities. Wooden flooring tails on main swimming pool required change ASAP Hotel keep it clean .

I dined at several of the on-site restaurants, each offering a diverse menu of delicious dishes made with fresh, locally sourced ingredients. Whether I was craving Thai cuisine, seafood, or international fare, there was something to satisfy every palate. One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel's infinity pool, which seemed to blend seamlessly with the ocean beyond. It was the ideal place to relax and unwind, with attentive staff on hand to cater to my every need. Overall, my time at the Hyatt Regency Samui was nothing short of magical. The combination of luxurious accommodations, stunning views, and top-notch service made for a truly unforgettable vacation. I can't wait to return someday soon.

I like stay in hyatt regency koh samui. I checked in early because i arrived early in the morning and and they allowed me to enjoy the facilities at the hotel while waiting for my room to be ready to be occupied . Thank you hyatt.
