Had issues with the breakfast. I booked and paid for five days , two people with breakfast for two, through a different site. I was by myself for the first three days. The first day I invited my two friends to join me for breakfast. They said I would have to pay for one breakfast. I explained that only I would be there for first three days therefore should not have to pay extra breakfast since I paid for ten breakfasts total and was not going to use that many. I went and talked to the General Manager. That was nothing but a lesson in frustration. She stated that was two per day and they did not carry over. No where did it say that when booking. She was not flexible even 10 Baht. Breakfast was 500 baht. My girlfriend came after three days so we decided to stay 3 more days. I booked three more days on Trip.com. I went to office to ask if breakfast was included and the Person at the front desk said yes!!! My girlfriend and I ate breakfast the next day and after we ate said breakfast was not included!!!! Went to office again and the assistant manager was even worse than the General Manager. They have no idea what customer service means and the word of the employees obviously means nothing
