Hotels in Lamai Beach, Koh Samui

My stay was super awesome with Samaya.❤️ Samaya runs a lot of wellness activities like Yoga, Sound healing etc almost on a daily basis except Tuesdays and Sundays without any cost. You will get Beach access, Infinity pool over here which from my POV is best among the other resorts. The rooms are quite spacious and clean, the staff is super nice and cooperative. What I loved the most is that they have Kayak boats to do Kayaking in the sea. Also the infinity pool is also well maintained and gives a good view to the ocean. The resort is also located in a quiet and peaceful area. The only limitation I faced is that they have not fixed their elevator which is why their bell boys have to do the heavy lifting of the luggage and carry it to the upper floors via stairs. So me and my friends preferred to carry our own luggages which is obviously not a problem. I have stayed here for 11 days and overall I enjoyed my stay and will come again next time for sure.

I absolutely love this place—it feels like home. The room is spacious, and the bed is incredibly comfortable. The staff are genuinely friendly and accommodating. While I’ve noticed some people complain about the breakfast variety, I think it’s perfectly fine. They offer an egg station, sausage, bread, cereal, Thai dishes with rice, a salad bar, fruit, juice, and more. Personally, I don’t eat much breakfast, so it works well for me. That said, if you’re expecting a grand breakfast spread, it might not fully meet your expectations. On top of that, they have a swimming pool and a 24-hour fitness center, which I really appreciate. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here! ❤️

This sea view villa is really nice! The environment is particularly beautiful and the view of the sea is amazing. Every morning when I wake up and see the beautiful scenery outside the window, my mood improves. The infinity pool is really cool and my friends and I had a great time. The service team is also great and can provide Chinese service. The staff are very enthusiastic and helped us solve many minor problems. The food in the villa is also excellent. The seafood for dinner is particularly fresh, and there are many varieties for breakfast. It is very satisfying. All in all, this vacation experience was really great!

My wife and I chanced upon Silavadee while looking for a short Koh Samui getaway to celebrate our anniversary - and so glad we found Silavadee. The Google reviews did not disappoint, as it’s possibly one of the best resorts we’ve stay in yet! We travel to a couple of resorts around the SEA during our weekend getaways but this past weekend topped the charts for us. From our arrival all the way to our departure, Silavadee’s team members never failed to display the widest smiles everyday; even if sometimes they did not understand much English - we appreciated their big wide smiles! Special mention to the Duty Manager, TICK as well as front office staff ICE and KORN, who both made sure we were extremely were taken care of throughout our stay and whenever we had any queries. We had a small hiccup with the housekeeping team during our stay, but TICK managed it extremely well and also so kindly got us a late check out as our flight is only departing at 19:25hrs today, back to Singapore. Your private beach team member, JB is also worth a special mention - his command of English is commendable, and we enjoyed our time interacting with him during our stay. A very positive guy whom we noticed was also picking up trash on his own initiative to ensure our private beach was as immaculate as it could be! The room was very good, with a wide view and a very good view. The most beautiful sunrise on the first day was half an hour late, and there were clouds on the second day, which was a bit regrettable, but watching the moon rise in the evening was another kind of happiness. The bright moon rose over the sea, and the feeling of poetry came to me. The facilities are complete, and there are various activities such as paddle board sailing, Thai boxing, etc. The service of Banyan Tree will never disappoint you. The housekeeper is very enthusiastic to help book various activities. Because the flight on the last day was late, he also helped us apply for a late check-out! I accidentally hurt my hand in the room, and the staff helped me deal with it more anxiously than I did. Because it was the weekend, there was a beach BBQ and a spark show. The breakfast was good for the first two days, but it was a little below expectations on the third day. It was a perfect vacation for four days and three nights here.

Hotel is a bit older. I think we had the oldest room in there 😂 but service, people and also breakfast including was super good. They really cares how you feel and if you are satisfied. So at all... I can't say anything wrong. People are very helpful if you need anything. It was nice stay. I can recommend 👌💯

It was an awesome stay at Thai Fight hotel. I really happy that i choose this hotel. It is really nice decoration, big pool area and we can hear sound of waves from the room! So many angles of this hotel are instagrammable. The free session of muay thai was also amazing. The trainer is pro fighter and really passionate in explaining the steps to us.

Very satisfied! This is my third visit to Samui, the last time was in 2019... This time is the best experience! Booked a two-bedroom beach villa. The room and the yard are both large, and the living room and two rooms can see the sea up close. You can go directly to the beach from the yard. If you don't go to the sea, you can turn a corner to the public swimming pool. You don't have to take your belongings, which is very convenient. Lying in the yard at night, blowing the sea breeze and listening to the waves, it is very comfortable. The beach of this hotel has another feature: the beach is very shallow. When the tide is low in the afternoon, you can walk far into the sea and the sea water is only knee-deep. And the waves are small, which is safer. Finally, there is a surprise: when placing the order, the order indicates that a maximum of two people can stay, but if only two people stay, who would book a two-bedroom? So I tentatively asked Ctrip, if there is one more person staying (the child is an adult), how much will be charged? Finally, after Ctrip and the agent fought for it, the child's room fee and breakfast fee were waived. Thank you so much🌹🌹 My children and boss have told me to stay in this hotel again next year🤭🤭

Exceeded expectations. I went to Koh Samui before the Spring Festival and booked hotels in Lamai, Koh Tao and Chaweng. This hotel is the cheapest and has the best conditions in all aspects. It is simply a great value experience. The hotel is very soundproof. There are two households in one villa upstairs and downstairs. If we didn't occasionally see foreigners upstairs, we would not know that there were guests upstairs. We couldn't hear any sound during our stay. Turn right to the road when you go out of the hotel, turn left and walk two steps to the restaurant that the Thai Prime Minister has punched in. I have tasted it when I went to Koh Samui five years ago. I continued to punch in this time. The price has hardly increased. Turn right and walk for 10 to 15 minutes to the Metro supermarket. There are all kinds of food and daily necessities. If you stay in the hotel for a few days, you can buy food, drinks and snacks at one time. It is cheap and convenient. The hotel swimming pool is next to the restaurant, close to the beach. The swimming pool has a children's pool, and the children have a lot of fun. There are also singers in the restaurant at night. It is a very pleasant enjoyment to sit there and order a drink. Samui Light and Shadow is really one of the few hotels that makes me feel that the real scenery is better than the seller's show. Next time I go to Samui, I will definitely stay a few more days.

Amazing resort! Couldn't Reccommend it highly enough! I see the effort of the staff every day with the fruit and water around the pool to all guests and the environment so well kept. They even provide a small treat before sleep on the bed waiting and throughout our stay the upmost care and attention to all needs of their customers. We stayed in the pool villa 2 bedroom style house and it was unbelievable. The Chinese new year spread and events were also very nice as we live in China as expats! Really wish people to pay attention to this resort! 5☆
