Eki-Ylläs A is a spacious 3-bedroom row house apartment located in the Kaulavaara area of Äkäslompolo.

On the ground floor, you'll find a cozy living area with a fireplace for added atmosphere. The well-equipped open kitchen is connected to the living area, with access to a small terrace. There's one bedroom on the ground floor with a double bed (140 x 200 cm). The downstairs area includes bathroom facilities, an electric sauna, a shower, a separate WC, a washing machine and a drying cabinet. The sofa in the living room can be converted into an additional bed for two (140 x 200 cm).

The upper floor has two bedrooms, each with 2 single beds (80 x 200 cm), and another WC.

The apartment offers ample storage space, with a wardrobe in each bedroom.

There is a separate lockable storage building for storing equipment.

Kaulavaara is a peaceful cabin area near the amenities of Äkäslompolo. The distance to the nearest lit ski trail is about 500 meters via the road, but only around 150 meters by a path starting just behind the apartment. The Äkäslompolo Frisbee golf course is less than a kilometer away.

The apartment is equipped for children, including a travel cot, high chair, and safety gates at the top and bottom of the stairs.

Next door is the Eki-Ylläs B apartment (15807), allowing larger groups to comfortably stay in adjacent apartments.
