"Hotel was over all decent with it being clean in terms of linen and washroom, basic kit and amenities could have been a lot better there. The breakfast buffet spread was extremely limited with in house kitchen not operational. I guess the amount to be paid could be 20% lower to make it value for more, for now it’s expensive with overall feedback being average."

"Positives: the room was very clean food was very tasty areas of improvement ac didn’t work. We were up early to leave for mumbai but there was no hot water in the tap despite keeping it open a long time. When we called reception no one picked up till much later when they must gave then started the geyser. Manager refused to accept the issues at first but mellowed after we told him this was not acceptable and we would give feedback. Barring the food, i would not recommend this hotel again unless they really ensure prompt service and workable amenities."
